I made a cake order for my son birthday thinking it would turn out great since I went inside basket Robbin and went over the... details. Unfortunately this is what I got the day of the party. I never asked for green frosting and the spider man picture wassupposed to be my sons face instead. I even email them the picture I wanted on the cake . Unfortunately the employees just don?tcare and go with what they want. It was such a nightmare. I was very upset and they have the nerve to asked me if the cake ispaid for ???!!! Asked if we could get the 3-scoop deal with 2 in a cone and 1 in a cup. Got charged for a 2-scoop and a 1-scoop. Daquiri ice... was hard, so she scooped up crumbles in a pile that was mostly air. Read more
Don't get me wrong I love the ice cream But, I order from here alot. So far the last 4 times I have ordered 2 of the same orders... of triplescoops. I only end up getting one. One time ok a mistake but every time now the past 2 months ridiculous. Feel like atthis point I'm waisting my money paying double the price for only one to show up. Never ordering here again. I haven?t been to this shop in ages. Probably cause I?m always on the go and they?re right next to McDonald?s who has the ice... cream cone and that?s usually good enough for me. In the past two weeks, I?ve visited here 3 times. Lol sure I don?t need itpersonally, but kids plus summer break plus hot weather usually equals a cold treat. These guys have come in clutch all 3times. The first visit was right after a huge argument I had with my husband. ???? we both cooled off with baskin Robbins icecream. So not only do they serve your sweet tooth and summer heat stroke, but they also serve as a marriage counselor. HahahaI?m kidding. Great products and great service! The ice cream is very good. everything was delicious. The problem is the people who serve. They are grabbing money and then they... go and grab what they are going to serve. I asked the person who was assisting me if she could please put gloves on because shewas going to grab my cone with his hands after grabbing money but she told me they didn't have gloves. This is an observation.She was very kind and as I mentioned before the ice cream was delicious. But it is necessary to educate staff on how to handlefood. Read more
Baskin Robbins is so fun and the new ice cream Creature Creations are adorable and delicious. They have a sea turtle, shark and... dolphin that they are featuring now. So fun. Also, the staff is always friendly and the service is fast no matter how big thecrowd is. Read more
