I love, love, love B&B. I have been a customer for over 20 years. We always get more product for less....ITS THE BEST "BANG FOR... YOUR BUCK" coffee shop in town. Always fresh, fast, delicious and clean. I love the drive thru but parking is always availabletoo. The rewards program is fantastic!! I love a free coffee once in awhile!!!! Beans & Brew is freaking amazing! Their coffee is smooth, delicious, and you get so much for such a great price! There are other... coffee shops, where you can get a large coffee for $7 to $10. The large is maybe 22oz., but at Beans & Brew you pay $5 to $8 andthe large is probably a 44 oz. cup!!!!! If you love your coffee like I do, stop by and learn how freaking amazing theyare!! Now, one another note, I am a new grandmother and I have forgotten how all this stuff works. My granddaughter was crying,so I got my amazing coffee and pulled in the back of their parking lot, in the shade and got in the backseat. Once in the backseat, I locked all the doors, because my windows are tinted in the back. To any person walking past, it would look like anempty, running car!! I got my granddaughter taken care of and unlocked the back door; forgetting the doors were locked, I triedto open the driver door. I then got back into the car & pushed unlock all, or so I thought!! I then closed the back door andwent to get into the driver door. It was then, I realized I hit the lock all doors button. My granddaughter was in the runningcar. I freaked out!!!!!!!!!!!! My phone, wallet, ID, and my granddaughter were in the car and it was HOT ???? that day. All mywindows were up. I only had the sun roof tilted which gave me maybe an inch of space to get into the car. Since the airconditioner was on, I went into the store. These two fabulous girls jumped into action. They brought out a broom, but it wouldnot fit, it was bigger than the maybe inch!?!??!? This young lady, from the store went in and brought a empty mop handle withthe plastic mop gripper on the end. I helped the young lady onto the roof of my car. I tried to pull open the sun roof windowjust a little while she was trying to get the broom handle in, which she did!! I use to love this location, however it has gone downhill. Went to the drive thru like always 3 cars ahead 20 min later in at... the window and they didn't have my order in. The wait times are always ridiculous and my drink is always wrong (I order thesame drink every time). Won't visit this location anymore. Read more
When we come into town we love to stop at B&B. We walked in today . Wasn?t greeted what so ever. Waited at the counter. I get... that it?s busy but at least greet! Ordered frozen drinks got watered down drinks! Come on!! Read more
I?ve come here multiple times, and every time they mess something up. I don?t feel they look at the order and if they do they... mess it up. I normally order a frozen mocha w 4 pumps of banana but they seem to forget the banana, or turn it into a latte. Iordered 3 different drinks today and the girl working switched our drinks around and told us the wrong drinks which isn?t a bigdeal but when we got in the car we realized she made a Cielo not a Frappe like we asked. She didn?t put the lid on one of ourdrinks and it ended up all down my cousins shirt. Maybe take the time to check the order and confirm it?s right while also nottaking your sweet time about everything. Read more
I ordered an iced dirty chai with 3 shots. When I got to the window they confirmed hot with me and I said no iced. Clearly they... made my drink hot and then poured it over ice. I?ve never had a worse cup of coffee in my entire life. I am a barista and avidcoffee drinker so I am no easily fooled. It only do I have beans and brew as my go-to coffee place, but this specific location has an atmosphere that I just adore.
