My son and I stopped by for a late lunch. We had a short wait. Once seated got our drinks right away. The server was very... friendly and helpful. Our wings came out fresh and pipping hot. Made a fantasy football reservation (the only reservation they take). Going to put this out there early... I get that there's a... problem with getting employees now (this day and age?) But when we arrived (30 min early) I came in and explained that I knewwe were early but could we possibly be seated. Hostess was great. But said she'd have to ask her manager. Then walked over to atable of 5 people who were just sitting there (guess one was the manager) and spoke to them. We were then seated. Thankyou Specifically asked for outlet availability. Had only one. Didn't turn out to be a issue. Waiter came by about once every 30min. Wasn't very busy. Not sure why this happened. I had to go to the front and ask for silverware after our appetizers weredelivered. In the end we had fun. Just think they need more help. But.... in these days.... I'm not quite sure what to say aboutthe people who are there and are actually showing up. Not a horrible experience. Just..... didn't see the manager the rest ofthe 2 hours we were there. Then (no idea why) the jukebox was turned up so loud that my 21 year old son (who was sitting rightnext to me) commented that... hey could they turn the music up any louder? (Just joking around. I heard him but the peoplesitting directly across from him didn't.... that's how loud it was) Also.... We were paying with a card and found it odd (andconcerning) that the waiter told us we needed to write our phone numbers on the receipt so he could send us each a link inorder to pay our bill? If I could do 3.5 stars I would. Our waiter was nice the food was ok. I personally don?t see what the hype was. The Nojito was... really yummy. The music was too loud so my husband and I couldn?t really talk to each other. The text paying method was prettyfrustrating. I can see where it would be nice, but it?s got bugs to work out. Employees couldn?t care less. They were playing on a tablet and not seating people even with most tables open. Watched order... receipts literally dump into a garbage can. Our order had been sitting on a shelf for over 30 minutes and was cold. We did theonline check in for our curbside order 5 minutes before the scheduled time no one ever came out after 20 minutes of waiting thenwe had to wait inside to ask about our order as most employees just walked by without acknowledging anyone. And when you fillout the form on the website as they suggest all they do is offer you some points, that most people with bad experiences willnever use. I have mixed feelings about this location. The boneless wings were really good, but someone forgot the rest of our food and we... didn't end up getting it until we were almost done with the wings. The cleanliness has really gone down hill from when we usedto go all the time. -The floor was dirty and gross. -we were seated at a dirty table with sticky marks from Spilled drinks,clearly had not been cleaned at all. -My Husband said the men's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Staff is good but they should've let me know before I ordered that it'd take 30 min before it was ready due to large orders that... had to be filled. What a disappointment once I got my Buffalo boneless wings. They were dry and chewy, felt like I gotyesterday's boneless wings. Arby's makes way better boneless wings than this place did, just shows how bad these were. Willnever go there again. Read more
By far the worst BWs experience I've had. Eating at BWs is like alright of passage, but that vibe has passed it seems. Wings... were small, my jammin sauce was dry and my zing sauce was slathered all over (which I generally like my wings wet). However, Idon't know what they were thinking when they put the celery and carrot mixed in with the sauces and wings. Ridiculous. I had topull them out of the sauces. Why would you do that? Every other BWs I have been to puts these on the side. Don't come hereunless you want terrible service and a mixed bag of wings. Read more
