I regularly visit this restaurant because it?s close to my work. The problem is they can?t seem to get anything right. I ordered... on the app and watched as it took 45 minutes for it to be completed. I sat and watched as they helped 20 people through theline, (no exaggeration, I had plenty of time to count). Previously when I get in line I wait while it seems they help everyonewith app orders or the drive through. Either way, don?t use the app! Cafe Rio used to be a well run restaurant, but not anymore.I?ve painfully learned go to the restaurant and if the line is long, go somewhere else. Ordered online because I don't have a long lunch hour. Went to pickup & my order wasn't there. Lady at counter told me I went to... ths wrong location. Showed her my confirmation email with correct address. She then told me go write down what I ordered and shewould make it. Put a cold tortilla on cold beans and rice. Cafe rio needs to do better maine?. This some violation.. this the second time I order fire grilled chicken only to get ?PORK?... and I?m MUSLIM?.. Pretty disappointed in this location. Cafe Rio is ALWAYS my go-to dinner place when we eat out and I've never been disappointed... at any location, until this one. Hubby and I ordered 2 pork salads, got home and I had literally maybe 10 pieces of lettuce.Hubby had more but it was still not the quantity we are used to. Usually I can eat half and save the rest for lunch the next daybut I'm not even sure if this will fill us up tonight with how small and pathetic it is. Won't be returning to this locationagain. Which sucks cause I love being able to go through the drive through. Kind of seems like they skimped on the food causewe weren't there watching what they were doing like we would if we were inside.
