Three of four items in my order were kind of sad: the kids' mac and cheese was actually egg noodles in a bisque-like cheese... sauce and my kid wouldn't eat it. The strawberries were tiny, green-ish, and crunchy. My pork sandwich contained very littlepork. I'm now accidentally on a diet. Read more
My lobster bisk soup was rotten and should have been thrown out not served to anyone. My wife's soup is Natick tomato puree with... no basil at all. There was a very long black hair in the BBQ salad, and no one in my house has long hair so I know it's not fromhere. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because there's no negative rating. I love all of the salad, soup, and sandwich options. The portion size and quality seems to vary quite a bit depending on which... location you visit or who is working. I feel like a $12 salad should be the same size every time, no matter the location. I lovetheir kid's meals. They are filling and give the kids some variety and choice. Worst customer service tonight. I ordered through DoorDash and when I got my order there was a note that they were out of eggs,... which I get, things happen. But when I opened up my salad there was nothing but lettuce and chicken. I even paid extra for theextra toppings. I called the store and spoke to their manager, his answer...."Since you ordered through DoorDash, you will haveto get a refund through them and then drive over to get a replacement." The problem was not with DoorDash, they got it here in atimely manner, the problem is with the store. This is the third time this particular store has screwed up an order of mine whenI order online. I have never had a problem at other locations. I will never order through this location again. If it weren?t for the loooooong wait in line, it?d be 5 stars for sure. The food made up for it, or did it? I never understand... the thought process of producing food for people online orders priority to those standing in line? Online orders, makes sense,we all do it. Is there another solution besides making in line customers watch other orders be made before theirs? At onepoint, because I was standing in line so long, I counted over 15 online orders get done before the 3 people in front of me wereserved-The guy in front of me just wanted soup! Ok, there was a large catering order- but does that have to be made at the frontservice counter and we get to all watch the stacks of plates be made and lined up before we even get to take 2 steps towards theregister? The dessert was horrible, first we ordered pie, and it wasn't in our order when we got back. We called and they said they where... out of the pie and wouldn't give the money back for the desserts. So we had to drive back to get these soggy rice crispy thingsinstead. Apparently they forgot to take the plastic off of them as well Not sure if its this store is horrible or if Zupas isjust that low of quality. The soup was still great though. Read more
I love Zupas. I love their food, and since working there previously I?m familiar with how they?re supposed to run. I?ve been... trying to give this location second chance after second chance, truthfully over the past few months it?s declined tremendously.Today I waited in line for over an hour and watched some of the employees drag their feet more than I?ve ever seen before. Itwas dirty, the quality of service was sub par. And by the time I got my food it was cold. Do better, please. To the twoemployees that were actually helpful today, thank you.
