Ordered about noon and was given an estimate of 20 min for prep. Arrived at 12:20 and asked about 2 orders that were placed. ... The employee told me it would be a few more minutes. After 20 minutes, still no food from either order. First order was readyabout 12:45 and the second order was finally ready about 1 pm. Turned out the problem was nobody wanted to make a tunasandwich. This is twice now that I have ordered directly on their website for delivery and have not received my food. They always pawn it... off on Doordash being at fault and they tell me to contact them. That's not my job. You guys contract thru Doordash on yourwebsite... and honestly not once does your website ever mention Doordash. With that said though, I figured out the issue. Their website is removing my 2nd address line that has the Suite number on it when it submits the order to the store and todoordash. Both times now I noticed my saved address did not show a suite number... which I fixed both times beforeordering. So, annoying... yes. But that is not what this review is about. I called the store, explained the situation. Andafter she told me to call DoorDash I expressed disgust. She said she would just refund my order. I thought great,awesome. Then she said, "I'll do it after this lunch rush is over." Well, that was two days ago and that lunch rush must stillbe happening. I made a delivery order around 6:30 pm, Capriotti closes at 8 pm. Around 7, my order was canceled due to not having enough time... to make three sandwiches. I am not understanding how ordering an hour and a half before closing time isn't enough time to makethree sandwiches for delivery. If some of the ingredients weren't available, why wasn't there some communication so I couldorder a different sandwich? Visiting Salt Lake City and the receptionist gave the recommendation. I gave her a high-five when I returned. This place was... awesome. You think a sandwich is just a sandwich if you have been to the chain sub shops. But you haven't seen nothing yet. Iwas really impressed and stuffed. The variety of sandwiches is a welcomed change from the norm. I found myself reading most ofthe menu as I hadn't heard of these combinations. You have to try it for yourself. I loved it. The Bobbie is a thanksgiving sandwich with stuffing, cranberry sauce and turkey. Unfortunately it was not as good as I... anticipated. Way too much stuffing and cranberry sauce taste was overwhelming. I?ll stick to my own thanksgiving sandwich once ayear.
