Been coming to the West Valley CFA since it opened. Love that they are close by and I don't have to chase to Sandy anymore!... Great customer service. Order accuracy is not too shabby-much better than other fast food restaurants! Friendly staff who strivefor attention to detail. Oh, and the food is hot, fresh and delicious! I have never had such great service in my life than I did today at chic fil a. The gal who helped me, Evelyn, was hands down... the best customer service provider I?ve ever experienced. I did an online order and my young daughter accidentally pushed the?we?re here? button. long story short, we were 20 min away and so our food sat there for quite awhile. when we got there,Evelyn gave us an entire new order so it would be fresh. that?s the kind of customer service that is rare and hard to find. 5stars for Evelyn and chic fil a :) Read more
The best service in the industry. Kind and fast with an excellent attitude. Unfortunately the food is nasty. My wife says. Best... chicken ever. But she drowns the chicken with sauce. To me. Chick-fil-A taste nothing but salt and grease. I eat it but I don'tenjoy it one bit. Read more
AMAZING customer service! Impeccably clean. They treat you like a VIP here. The young man Travis working the lobby and patio... does an exemplary job of providing great customer service with a cheerful attitude. He sets the tone and makes the customerexperience special! Chick-fil-A, where the food actually looks like the picture. I added chick-fil-a sauce to my sandwich. It's very good. When... walked up to the front door with my stroller, one of the employees came to open the door for me. That was so sweet. They are allso nice here and the playground is a plus. Read more
Food tasted okay but failed to follow the simple request of extra pickles and choice of sauces. I had requested extra pickles on... my sandwich unfortunately I guess that means absolutely no pickles. I also requested Polynesian sauce and bbq sauce but somehowended up with Chick-fil-A and buffalo, I'm not sure how you get it wrong when everything is even listed correct on the receipt?Not sure how that works but yea overall not worth the 15$. I would have gone back and got what I ordered but it's 10-15 minutesdrive one way so I would have missed my whole lunch trying to get what I had ordered. Read more
This Chick- fil- A has typical great chicken and service. Plenty of seating available and the fresh Chrysanthemums on each table... was a nice touch! The only down side is practically no parking available. Spaces were all coned off except for the drivethrough lanes. We parked next door at Walmart. Read more
