Could be little bit faster. Was no the greatest experience on that matter. Still good flavor on food and good customer service.
Terrible! I wanted Chilis chips and salsa. I LOVE their salsa. I also wanted a Chili's steak, those loaded mashed, and steamed ... broccoli. Service was terrible and we had 2 servers because one was being trained. All of the food came out at the same time! Ithought, OK,no biggie. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The steak was undercooked for med rare and I immediately asked for A1steak sauce. I had to interrupt my server because she was standing talking to this woman for 20 min in the middle of the bararea when she had probably 5 tables. After I asked, she continued to chat with the woman for another 10 minutes while my steakgot cold. Veggies were raw and undercooked. Wow corporate....you need to secret shop this location. This is one of the best service and food I have ever had at a Chili?s. It?s worth a try.
Just sat down @ 3:30pm. Haven't even tried the food yet. Server doesn't seem to want to be here. She has no personality. Food... all over the floor by our table. The air return hasn't been cleaned in a while. God knows how bad the filter looks. To top itoff, bottle of cleaner & dirty rag sitting directly next to a family with kids eating their lunch. Yeah... Maybe the night crewis better, but the day crew is L-A-Z-Y AF! Read more
Got a To-Go order today. Got 2 for $25 yet they charged me almost $30. Idk. Took them almost an hour to get my order out. My... food was stale and hard and the French fries were so soggy. Corn was old and mushy. It was disgusting I didn?t even wanna eatit. Ordered white queso with it and they gave me some nasty bean dip. So I called them saying I was dissatisfied and wanted arefund. They said I had to come back. So I drove 20 minutes back just to still get mistreated. Since I paid with gift card, theycould not refund it back on my gift card and needed to issue another gift card. The manger claims she was out of gift cards orcouldn?t find them. So she gave us Be Our Guest cards that we can use at chili?s that only equaled up till $20. And she took ourfood back. So basically she served me old gross food and still didn?t give me a full refund. Took them 30 minutes just to gethalf my money back and I didn?t wanna waste my time there anymore. Read more
June 2021: it's a chain as you know. the three stars are for the excellent waitress at the bar. We sat at the bar not to mess... with the line on a Friday evening at 5:00. They have empty seats but there is a line outside maybe they are short on staff likethe national news says. But the quality of food was not that good when you order the most expensive dish which is the fajita andyou try chicken beef and shrimp, that pretty much sums up what's happening in the kitchen back. it wasn't a good quality, ittaste. Food was good except the corn. I have leftover corn a few days old that has better texture in my fridge. That was the only... disappointment. Wait times we're much longer than they anticipated our estimated wait time was estimated at 34 to 45 minuteswaited an hour and 15 minutes and we went in to see what was going on. They didn't seem to have any urgency in sitting us eventhough our table was open. To end on a positive note the mango chicken and the dry rub ribs were very tasty. Table service wasgood. We will avoid the corn and the crowds in the future. Read more
This supposed to be medium rare. All 3 steaks were burn. Don?t know what kind of service is this and still made us pay for poo... food. Read more
