This is the single patty sourdough melt with Wisconsin cheese curds. It ran me $9.61 The sandwich looked sad, but was actually... really good for $4.89. The cheese curds were tasteless and also cost almost as much as the sandwich at $4.09. I'll never orderthem again. I'll be back someday to try the fish, but for my first time ever here, it was disappointing. Read more

Great customer service at Culver's, with friendly cashiers. Had the Bacon Butterburger, both double and single. Great size... burger with a lot of toppings for the price. Great taste too! The onion ring portion size was perfect. Nice crispy coating onthe rings. Choice of ketchup and La Fleur's fry sauce. The sauce was good, but La Fleur is too "ketchupy" in flavor. The dining room was closed due to a lack of employees. I was prepared to wait a bit due to that but 45+ minutes is too long.... Once we were at the front of the line for receiving our food, I expected to get it within 5 minutes. It took a lot more. Iwatched the employees come out several times with orders with no one to give them to. I finally asked an employee when she cameout how much longer it would be. She came out shortly with our order. It had been sitting there since the custard and shakeswere half melted. The food order was a mess with several missing parts or with things we asked to have removed such as cheese.One burger was missing altogether and when I went inside to retrieve it I was shocked that there were so many employees working.I expected to see a skeleton crew but there were at least 7. I normally love this restaurant but the one that I went to in salt lake county up in salt lake county.....I was mortified. The... cleanliness was...sub par at best. The supervisor or crew lead was being blatantly ignored by other crew and the bathrooms,tables counters and all sauces were wrecked, splattered everywhere....then upon opening my "food" I was so much more thandisappointed. Awful service! Do not visit this location! Food was cold, ice cream was warm. Had to wait 20+ minutes for our food to come out... and then it was cold! Plus, they gave us our sundays first and since we had to wait so long for our food, our ice cream meltedinto a sloppy, sticky mess by the time we received the rest of our order--which they got wrong as well. We were missing thingsthat we paid for, they didn't give us the sauces we requested, or any straws for our drinks, and they gave us the wrong chickenstrips! Pretty much everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Finally, when I asked for a cup holder at the window for ourtwo drinks and two sundays, the girl at the window told me I didn't need one and argued with me about it! Food took 45 min. Burned burger, incorrect toppings and no gluten free bun. Second one they made took 15 minutes and was loaded... with cheese. I have serious dairy and gluten allergies and these mistakes could have made me very ill. Worst customer serviceever. No apologies and girl actually threw the bag with their second attempt on the counter toward me. Our family loves Culver'sbut never visited one so poorly managed. Read more
