WARNING!!! Do not order anything online through these guys!!! I had ordered an arrangement for my wife for her birthday, and low... and behold she did not receive anything. I called right before they closed to get an ETA and was told it was not gonna bedelivered til the day after. I totally get the struggle for workforce nowadays so I was understanding. I cancelled the order andhad requested a refund and was told I had to do it with a manager who was not available. I called for the next 2 days trying toget a hold of a manager and was finally able to submit a claim for a refund. I've tried to contact the manager time and timeagain and still have not yet received a refund. That was back in August and it is now December and still have not received myrefund nor any contact back from the manager Danielle who've I've gotten her personal phone number from personally and I stillhad not received my refund. I honestly loved Edible arrangements and enjoyed their products but this is totally unprofessionaland downright criminal. So please beware and be cautious before ordering from these thieves. Looks like this is a common thing with other reviewers. I?ve never used them before, so this is my first order. My order was a... Total Let Down. Order was supposed to of been delivered on Friday! Nope, never heard back. Tried calling on Saturday, no answer. Had to keep keep calling. Phone call was transferred to Corporate. Spoke to someone. She tried calling the store, no answer.She asked if I wanted the order canceled. No, I want to know why it wasn't delivered. I was finally able to get to store. She said she would check in it and get back to me. An hour later I hadn?t heard back. I called and she said she has to talk tothe manager. The order got sent to the wrong store. It should have gone to Murray because West Valley doesn?t deliver. Shesaid she would call me back. Another hour went by, still nothing. Called back and talk to another gal. She said it was sentto Murray and would be delivered until tonight. Let?s hope it even shows up at this point. Read more

I?ve read through reviews on different platforms and there have been a countless number of others who have had the same... experience. Called in Thursday night to have an order placed and was told it would be delivered before 3pm the next day; Nodelivery. We call the store and our delivery time is pushed back again. And still no delivery. So we call to get ahold of amanager. After having trouble getting ahold of a manager we were promised that our order would be delivered first thing in themorning Saturday. Guess what? No delivery Saturday morning. We callemultiple times responsibleto try to reach out to a manageragain and there?s ?no manager they can call?. Tried calling corporate which wasn?t any help either. At this point we just wanteda refund for our purchase but we were initially told that the store cannot do refunds. Then finally after getting ahold of amanager they told us that they could give us a 50% refund and still try to deliver the product by the end of the day. Guesswhat? no delivery once again. Tried calling several more times just to be ignored. Learn from the reviews and don?t shophere. EDIT! Since this has all played out, I had the district manager quickly reach out to me and offer us a full refund. Shealso offered more than just a refund. She explained to me that they are dealing with the responsible employees appropriately.She has done really well to turn this experience around. Thank you. Read more

Oh My Gosh! What a Wonderful Deelightful Experience this was. The order was far Superior than I Had expected!!! The fruits... were full of the Freshness, that was fixed with ( diffenately) alota ?? Love. The young lady was very busy with other orders buttook the time to bring my orders out, to my ???? car. (I ate one (one little was for me. For being a good girl) I ate it on theway home.
