Looks like this is a common thing with other reviewers. I?ve never used them before, so this is my first order. My order was a... Total Let Down. Order was supposed to of been delivered on Friday! Nope, never heard back. Tried calling on Saturday, no answer. Had to keep keep calling. Phone call was transferred to Corporate. Spoke to someone. She tried calling the store, no answer.She asked if I wanted the order canceled. No, I want to know why it wasn't delivered. I was finally able to get to store. She said she would check in it and get back to me. An hour later I hadn?t heard back. I called and she said she has to talk tothe manager. The order got sent to the wrong store. It should have gone to Murray because West Valley doesn?t deliver. Shesaid she would call me back. Another hour went by, still nothing. Called back and talk to another gal. She said it was sentto Murray and would be delivered until tonight. Let?s hope it even shows up at this point. Read more
I?ve read through reviews on different platforms and there have been a countless number of others who have had the same... experience. Called in Thursday night to have an order placed and was told it would be delivered before 3pm the next day; Nodelivery. We call the store and our delivery time is pushed back again. And still no delivery. So we call to get ahold of amanager. After having trouble getting ahold of a manager we were promised that our order would be delivered first thing in themorning Saturday. Guess what? No delivery Saturday morning. We callemultiple times responsibleto try to reach out to a manageragain and there?s ?no manager they can call?. Tried calling corporate which wasn?t any help either. At this point we just wanteda refund for our purchase but we were initially told that the store cannot do refunds. Then finally after getting ahold of amanager they told us that they could give us a 50% refund and still try to deliver the product by the end of the day. Guesswhat? no delivery once again. Tried calling several more times just to be ignored. Learn from the reviews and don?t shophere. EDIT! Since this has all played out, I had the district manager quickly reach out to me and offer us a full refund. Shealso offered more than just a refund. She explained to me that they are dealing with the responsible employees appropriately.She has done really well to turn this experience around. Thank you. Read more
Oh My Gosh! What a Wonderful Deelightful Experience this was. The order was far Superior than I Had expected!!! The fruits... were full of the Freshness, that was fixed with ( diffenately) alota ?? Love. The young lady was very busy with other orders buttook the time to bring my orders out, to my ???? car. (I ate one (one little was for me. For being a good girl) I ate it on theway home. What an adventure. Ordered an arrangement for coworker, received "delivered successfully" email. Unfortunately, the picture of... the delivery was the wrong address and this location doesn't answer the phone (recording indicates location is temporarilyclosed). Since item was not delivered, spoke with the main office, which "put in a ticket" and asked me to call back in a daywhich defeats the purpose of sending someone something to commemorate an event. Ultimately, no delivery and to add to the joke- "the system is down" and I have to wait for a reimbursement check in the mail. Wow...just wow. UPDATE: months later stillno refund. I ordered a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. When I picked them up, I asked to see them. The gal.opened the box and I looked... in. They were small/medium with shriveled green leafy tops. I told the gal they were VERY disappointing. She told me she hadothers in the back, not dipped yet. She brought one out to show me - very large, beautiful. She said it would take her 10minutes to dip those. I came back in 15 minutes and had her show me the completed box. They were SO much better than the firstbox she tried to send me home with! I had the same experience at another location - had to return to the store for replacementsafter I had gotten home and opened the box. I have now learned to inspect the fruit BEFORE I leave the store. I'm guessing theyare trying to use up the older fruit first. I am giving them 3 stars because they were willing to replace the disappointingoriginal fruit. Otherwise it would be 1 star. Be careful!!!!!! Read more
You don?t get what you pay for. I bought the ?Delicious Celebration Dipped Strawberries & Pineapple - Large? well ahead of... Valentine?s Day just to avoid the rush. When I arrived to pick it up the pineapples hadn?t been dipped. They fixed that but thebiggest surprise was when I got home and opened it up. The pictures online were far different than what I got as shown in thepicture of the way it looks on the website vs what you really get. I got WAY more melons and less of the strawberries andpineapple which is what I wanted. Read more
WARNING!!! Do not order anything online through these guys!!! I had ordered an arrangement for my wife for her birthday, and low... and behold she did not receive anything. I called right before they closed to get an ETA and was told it was not gonna bedelivered til the day after. I totally get the struggle for workforce nowadays so I was understanding. I cancelled the order andhad requested a refund and was told I had to do it with a manager who was not available. I called for the next 2 days trying toget a hold of a manager and was finally able to submit a claim for a refund. I've tried to contact the manager time and timeagain and still have not yet received a refund. That was back in August and it is now December and still have not received myrefund nor any contact back from the manager Danielle who've I've gotten her personal phone number from personally and I stillhad not received my refund. I honestly loved Edible arrangements and enjoyed their products but this is totally unprofessionaland downright criminal. So please beware and be cautious before ordering from these thieves.
