Wanted to place a nice sized order for 5 adults but noticed they no longer cater to gluten free customers. Tried calling later... in the day and nobody would answer their telephone. Too bad,m I used to love this place and will no longer be ordering from themanymore. EDIT 8/17/2022 - Tried again to order online, still no gluten free options, ordered anyway without bread. Arrived topickup and was informed gluten free bread was prevalent. Pleasantly surprised by high quality food and impeccable service. Willvisit again. Lost 1 star for not offering gluten free online as an option but available in store. Read more
My family and i LOVE this location, they are friendly, fast and the food is always made with attention to to detail because my... husband is a picky eater BUT at this location they have gotten his sandwiches right every time and we just love it same with ourkids! I also love the rewards program because just about every time we order we can get a free sub or drink or desert with apurchase which is awesome when you're buying dinner for a family of 6 ???? Ordered two sandwiches online for takeout, a simple order that a child could have gotten right by reading the receipt. Got home... to find out they were both completely wrong. Went back (which was annoying as it was out of the way from our house) to have themre-make them. No compensation or refund was offered for the inconvenience and gas money, and they STILL messed up one of them byusing the wrong meat and forgetting the cheese. Not to mention the sandwiches were cold. We like firehouse and have had goodservice here in the past, but we will not be back to this location until they hire staff who know what they?re doing. We ordered online and my husband picked it up. When we looked at the sandwiches they put half my sandwich on his and half his on... mine. Toppings were on there we didn?t order and his cheese was completely missing when we had ordered extra cheese. I went backto have them fix the sandwiches and they still left the cheese off his sandwich possibly used roast beef instead of the steakthat was ordered and the sandwiches were cold. It wasn?t even busy. There was only one other person in there and no one at thecounter. I really like Firehouse Subs but I will not go back to this location. We were also not offered any type of compensationfor everything and it was a waste of gas to go back a second time and gas is like gold right now. Read more
Customer service was great. Went towards closing and still greeted and helped very quickly. Haven't eaten at one in years due to... being in Germany. Loss a star due to the bread to meat ratio. Super bread heavy. Wish I would have got double meat tocompensate. They also offer military, first responder discount as a bonus. Read more
The food that was made was good they forgot to give us our pickles. It was a bunch of young kids working inside. They were more... worried about getting off work before 915 then they were about the customers by the end of the night. When I walked in at 8:10.The ladies seemed like they were very anxious to close the store they even had the lobby with all the chairs on the table so yougot the feeling that you were not welcomed to sit down. So we ordered our food to go. The floor still needed to be slept andmopped but they seem to be more in a hurry to get their nightly chores done to go home for the evening. Management at this location is horrible and treats their employees very RUDE directly in front of customers even! Your employees... are key to success, try treating them like people! Will never go back to this location for any reason! Update: Thanks fortaking the time to reply. Spoke with the employee in question right after as she was visibly in tears outside and learned thatthe management that was treating her that poorly is the wife of the owner. They own another store too apparently, won't be goingthere either! Read more
