We visited the 4700 South location on October 15th for lunch. Went to the drive-thru and waited almost 20 minutes for our food.... When we received it the Fries we're dark, old, and deep fried twice. Our burger was also recooked from old. This is the firsttime we've had a terrible experience at hires. We will never visit this location again. Post Read more

Well let?s make this point very clear; their is no Dine-In at this location. Google maybe you could fix this!! The food was good... but the order wasn?t correct. I had asked for no lettuce. Their was lettuce on my burger. I didn?t ask for cheese on my burgerbut their is. Wish their was a closer location in the West Jordan/South Jordan area. Read more
Amazing service, they can accommodate large groups easily. Everything is good here, even the spaghetti. The root beer here is... famous and the floats are perfectly made with soft serve. Incredible fries and fry sauce. They always accommodate our extra frysauce needs and make burgers beyond fast. Read more
**DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION, THE BAD REVIEWS ARE NOT LYING.** My s.o. and I have recently moved into the area, and we... love this restaurant downtown, however this location doesn't compare at all. We went in today on a Tuesday afternoon around6pm, the place was dead. This place has Litza Pizza and Hires Big H at the same place. Anyways we ordered:. PastramiCheeseburger Cheese Fries Lasagna Side salad Cheese bread Single meatball Coke Limeade They brought is garlic bread, not cheesebread they had to go remake it. They never brought our salad, nor meatball. We reminded them of our salad and meatball and theybrought the salad and a burnt meatball. The burger was descent, the lasagna was good. The cheese fries were old and burned. Thestaff is really disorganized and it's full of teens running this place. We were soooooo dissatisfied, as WELL as disappointedthat we are not coming to this place ever again. I'm not sure why the original place would allow their name, as well asreputation be tarnished by this location. . If you are in the area do not come to this location, go give the one downtown. Burger is good, fries are great. Utah is covered with burger joints, and big h is an old stand by. Feels like you stepped into... a different Era. It is quiet and spacious inside. A waitress actually takes you order and brings your food. The burger istasty in a classic sort of way, and the fries are tasty with potato skin still intact. I'll be back. Read more
Used to live their food. Last two times I've eaten here, it was disappointing. Onion rings were really greasy. Country H burger... was decent, but not as good as it used to be. Can't eat inside, either - drive thru only thanks to Covid cutbacks. Read more
