Why is diner closed to the public at noon. Was told only drive thru is open. But the diner door was open and all the chairs were... set às if ready for business. Could at least take my order from drive thru cashier. I'm the only one in the lobby and there noone in the drive thru. It's not just terrible service it's straight laziness. It should be lunch rush hour and I'm the only onein line. Would not be surprised if they turned down other customers. Bad for business. Read more
Went there around 830pm and they said they was out if white meat & dark, no French fries either- too lazy to make them I'm sure,... plus most of the beverages was out, they was too lazy to change the syrup, and no forks or spoons, too lazy to go open anotherbox I'm sure- bet they'll have all of this stuff for the next day, how could they be out of so much stuff ? What they going todo for the next day? Whoever the guys on night shift was shouldn't be working there- including the Night manager- nothing butlazy workers- unbelievable terrible service- this KFC location I wouldn't recommend to no one- and if they was really out ofthat stuff they need to order better- do your job or quit and let people work there that want to work ! I wonder if corporate and management know that you close the store early Saturday nights, hours say you close at 10 PM drove... over at 9 (an hour before close) employees inside but no response in drive though and sign was off. Literally avoiding business,what a joke. Read more
KFC has always been a go to meal fore and my family for decades. After going to a store last week, that has come to a complete... END! 28.00+ for a 8 piece meal......is total rip off. I understand inflation, but taking advantage of consumers is not the way.I will never buy KFC again or recommend. Read more
Wow. Absolutely the worst kfc I've ever been to. I pull into the empty drivethrough at 3 pm. It tool them 2 minutes to... acknowledge I was there, and then another minute to take my order. I order the 2 piece meal with gravy on the side, pull up, andpay. There were a few people in there so I was surprised it took so long for them to take my order. They bring the food out andclose the window. I check to make sure they got the order right. The chicken is completely soggy, the biscuit is hard and stale,and instead of getting mashed potatos with gravy on the side, I just get a cup of gravy with no mashed potatoes. I call out tothe window, no one answers. I call again, no one answers. I honk my hork twice and no one answers. Finally I had to scream andafter 3 minutes, they finally come back. I let the woman know the potatoes are missing, she gets the potatoes, and then correctsme. "Gravy on the side means just the gravy." I correct her and leave. Wasn't going to leave a review, but correcting thecustomer after poor treatment isn't acceptable. They should be retrained. Read more
This would be a great place too open a KFC. EVERY THING IS THERE EXCEPT FOR TRAINED EMPLOYEES AND FOOD. The last 3 orders we... placed have been a disaster. Last night was the end. We ordered 2 daily specials and a 2 piece box . Imagine going to KFC andnot getting chicken. The didn?t give us the 2 piece box, the cookie we ordered . Time before we ordered a barrel of chicken.They had no sides to go with it, in the bucket we got 1 breast the rest chicken wings. This place is a joke. I always wonder who manages this KFC and the one in Magna. Obviously no Managerial skills. The wait time... is ridiculous and they won't even take your order if you go inside since they don't answer you to take your order at the drivethrough.
