My orders always have Missing items and whatever is received is either made incorrectly and/or incomplete. It's McDonald's so... I'm not expecting gourmet meal lol. I do however expect what is paid for. It seems this location is only worried about gettingorders closed rather than completed and/or correct. A last resort kind of option for food, and a bottom tier excuse for arestaurant. Read more
I did not get a pumpkin spice iced latte like I ordered through the app. I got a regular iced coffee and it doesn?t taste like... anything other than regular unsweetened iced coffee. Good thing I ordered myself a huge box of 0 calorie sweetener earlier lastweek. Read more
Long lines but that?s not the employees faults. They are doing the best they can and the reason why I put 4 instead of 5 is... because I asked for NO pickle and it had EXTRA like 8 pickles total but one of the managers fixed it for me so yay! Teenagers run this show for sure. Rude as hell and take their time. It's a consistent thing with this location. Asked about the... adult happy meals and they said sold out...then when I was waiting for my food and saw adult happy meal boxes and asked whenthey would be back they said they had them. I get it...they're popular and annoying cause they're selling lots of them but quittrending and denying those who ask about them cause the current promotion is annoying. Got there at 03:56 and was told I would have to come back at 4:00 for breakfast. Pulled off to the side for 4 minutes, ordered... food at 04:01. Sat in the same spot until 04:15 without the line moving at all so I had to leave so I wouldn't be late to work,without my breakfast. Thanks West Valley McDonalds, great start to my day. Read more
I went through the drive through around noon and beat the local high school lunch rush. It was literally the fastest I have EVER... been gotten my order. Hardly even had time to stop the car at the 2nd window and my food was already made up. In allseriousness, they do a pretty good job considering how many degenerate kids they have come through there. And I appreciate themanager actually kicking them out occasionally. Probably the only time that generation ever gets put in line. Read more

Ok, it's McDonald's... we all know what to expect, right? Actually, I was pleasantly surprised. I guess I've grown accustomed to... missing food, disinterested people doing the bare minimum. Mine is poorly managed, I guess. The people at this one (no joke)were actually smiling, enthusiastic (weird) and got my order perfect. (Yay! No driving back around!)
