One of the very few spots in the valley with a dairy free option - Dole Whip! It?s worth our drive to the East bench for this... delicious treat. You can?t expect too much when you go into a dessert shop. The teenagers behind the register are usually alwayson their phone, but it?s hit and miss. If you like frozen yogurt, this is an excellent place. With the variety of flavors they have, there's always something to enjoy.... I appreciate that they have sample cups set out and ready for customers to use. Also, my daughter loves that they have a littletable for kids, and any place that provides my kid with this much joy deserves 5 stars. Read more

The location was clean. I loved that we could sample the flavors before we picked the one we wanted. I got the strawberry mango... swirled together. I love all of the variety of toppings to choose from. I wish there was more fresh fruit, however. Went to the Menchie?s in West Valley City, Utah off of 5600 West on 6/14/2022. We walk in and no one is tending the front. So my... son and I wait there for help (we wanted some sample cups so we could try out some of the yogurt before we decided on what toget) waited about 5 minutes before my son decides to take matters into his own hands and grabs to small sample cups. Withinseconds an employee comes out to yell at my son saying for him not to go behind the counter. Well if you didn?t want to peopleto do your job then you should be at the front counter!! After she yelled at my son she ran back to the back and left us alone.It wasn?t until we were done and I was yelling for help that she emerged again. Horrible service!!!! Love this place! Always a must for the husband and I after a good meal. Love the variety of yogurt and topings. Also like how... you can get as much or as little of whatever you want in the quantity you want since I don?t really each that much and lovegetting more of the fresh fruit than anything else.
