The food was perfectly fine, but when I went to the window and asked for sauce she gave me a nasty attitude, she also didn?t bag... the order right. With 2 sauces before handing me the food and when I noticed there was no sauce and I asked politely she gave methis nasty attitude hence the words she said, *opens the window all mad* ?okay and? Only been here twice, and both times have been hands down my worst experience at any panda express. They forget stuff for your... order, the food quality is always terrible, and the young female manager was such a jerk. She is such an unfriendly,unwelcoming, disrespectful manager I have ever met. I give 3 stars because my first experience was 5 stars. My second encounter I went through drive-thru to pick up dinner for my... family (7:30pm ish), ordered and paid at window, was told I?d have to wait 5 minutes for orange chicken, to wait at front ofrestaurant. After 20 minutes waiting at front of restaurant and watching dozens of people walking out with their orders, Icalled supervisor to see what the hold up was with my order. The supervisor said sorry, but needed 5 more minutes. After 25minutes of waiting for food I ordered from their ?quick drive thru service? an apologetic guy delivered our food to our car. Got home only to find out they messed up our order and forgot the rice we paid for. So for second experience plus first, I ratethem a generous 3. This store location revealed a weakness to me today that they aren?t always prepared for a dinner rush anddon?t double check their orders as they give them to customers. So be prepared to wait restaurant sit down times for drive-thruand double check your order before you take off. Other than those inconveniences I would say Panda food is always yummy. Read more
Stopped in for a quick meal pickup. Thankfully the server had patience while I familiarized myself with the menu. I was able to... use my reusable bag at checkout. The food was awesome! Wish my budget allowed me to eat there more often. Give it a try. Read more
found something in my food (attached photo below) that was hard and black, the texture was fish-bone like. Glad I didn?t choke... on it. Also the rice was undercooked and raw, it was too stale to eat and probably not safe to consume. And the noodles wereburnt, pretty disgusting. This place definitely needs to get looked into. Go eat elsewhere and save your time, money, and wellbeing! Read more
Hey finally a Panda that makes good fried rice AND chow mein! I love the drive thru and the inside. The food has always been... great at this location. However today stood out. Natalie the cashier had some of the best customer service I've seen in a longtime. She helped me get a better deal than I would have with my original order! She is the best!
