Good place when you're tired of the same fast food places. SONIC is a bit over priced IMO but still worth it. The wait time is... longer than fast food so be ready to wait If your doing drive through. Read more

Walked over while doing laundry and unfortunately food was very Cold and tasted old not fresh at all , and very long wait times.... The one star is for the very polite lady that apologized for the time I had been waiting. Read more

Every time I come here I just expect it to take 15-20 minutes in the drive through. But yesterday i came and ordered a shake but... the guy was really hard to understand when he was taking my order because he had a really slow and quiet voice, but finally heunderstood. it took 30 minutes just for one shake. And by the time I pulled up to the window and the guy opened the window itsmelt heavily of weed. And the guy at the window looked really really high. NOBODY SHOULD BE DOING THAT AT WORK??? At least nowI know why it always takes so long there. But the shake was overall good. Read more

Deplorable customer service and incompetent "assistant manager"!!! Arrived at 8PM, placed order on the app and immediately... reported having already arrived via the "check in" on the app... 52 minutes later we had to flag down a car hop to inquire aboutour order... She returned to our car 5 minutes later without our complete order! We pressed the order button (which took another10 minutes to be answered) to report the missing items and had to argue with the assistant manager about how to read their ownreceipt to prove that we had actually paid for what we ordered and were still missing. She then explained that we would only beallowed one of the items and would not be permitted the full order... To which we again had to show her on the receipt that itwas a combination order, not a 'pick one'. She went back inside to speak to the manager and returned to tell us that what weordered was "no longer available on their menu" (but remember, we ordered on the app which still has it as an availableoption)... With exasperation, we told her that we just wanted a refund for the missing food because it had already taken 75minutes of our night. She demanded that we give back the entirety of the order which had been brought to us before she wouldprocess any refund. All in all, an hour and 20 minutes spent there and we had to leave without our dinners! No free cheeseburgerfrom corporate will replace the regretful time spent waiting there tonight. M & M Shake, Reece's Shake, All American Dog with tots, Toaster Cheese and Bacon Burger and tots. It was all acceptable. It... appeared that there were maybe three people working that afternoon, service was a little on the slow side. But at least ourorder was verified after payment and was complete upon receipt. Good shakes with a lot of flavors and varieties, getting therefor happy hours, shakes and drinks 1/2 off is great. Don't be in a hurry during 1/2 price drinks either Read more

I am not sure what is more horrible the sonic app, the quality of food or the quality of service. This company should just... abandon their app as stores can't provide refunds or interact with it. The store had supposedly ran out of Texas toast whichseems like an item the store would keep on hand. 10/10 recommend dropping this establishment. Read more

0 Stars!!!!!! Worst service ever. With a Yes and Please, super polite at the speaker box. I ordered 3 meals and I was rushed... but the only one in line at the time. As I pulled up to the window, I kindly asked the girl if she can please read our order foraccuracy. The girl looked annoyed, and read it back to me. It was wrong and I gave her the correct items. I asked her again, canyou please repeat my order back to me, And she said, ?Girl!? And closed the window and started talking to her coworkers. 10minutes later, she handed me a receipt (we didn?t pay yet) with my order on there, but it was still incorrect????. Afterseveral attempts of trying to get our order right, we decided to take our business elsewhere and left the drive-thru. I willnever return to this location!!! Read more

The person who took my order didn't seem to be paying much attention, and when my order turned out to have a mistake she gave me... an attitude as if i had been the one responsible for it. She demanded the item, and then condescendingly told me that it washalf eaten. The fact of the matter is that i ordered chili cheese tots and got fries instead. My Husband had taken 2 bites wheno realized the issue. I had been far too busy with my shake (which was perfect!), and hadn't noticed the fries. The employee,10058 Evelin, came out to address the problem. She was beyond rude, condescending, and did not resolve the problem or evenapologize. She flipped attitude the entire conversation, and then plopped the tray of chili cheese fries on the hood of thevehicle before walking off. We had been cordial, and hadn't even been trying to do more than bring to attention what hadhappened. My Husband even told her that he didn't mind eating the fries, and that we didn't even want anything for it. We hadn'twanted or expected to get a refund or a replacement. Acknowledgement or an apology weren't even offered. It was disgraceful, tosay the least, and the employee was rather disrespectful. The manager was requested, however, no manager ever came out. Nextthing we know, all the lights were going out, and the place was closing. I am shocked and appalled at the poor customer servicehere! Read more
