I usually get the breakfast sandwich at Sonic but today I tried the breakfast burrito for the first time and it was really good!
I was just at this location ordering a fairly large order through the drive thru, I?m not sure if the guy was new or the headset... he was using is bad and not working right but in my life I?ve never had to repeat myself so many times just to get my orderright. I pull up to the window and ask to look at the receipt to make sure what was rang up was correct, I tell the boy at thewindow what needed to be corrected on my order, it was supposedly corrected. The manager steps in with the worst attitude ever,you could cut the tension with a knife with her glare. I felt like I wasn?t heard like they were just trying to get me out ofthere. By the time I get home almost everything that was supposedly corrected was still wrong. A jr cheeseburger I got for my 4year old was a full sized cheeseburger. I asked for the cream cheese frosting instead of the cheese the pretzel comes with, theygive me the cheese and I also asked for ranch with the mozzarella sticks but get marinara. I?ve worked at 2 different sonicdrive ins before I know how things work there. I?m sure there have been some changes over the years but this is ridiculous. Makesure your headsets work and actually listen to what the customers want and deliver. Not happy and will not be returning to thislocation ever again. Thank you for such horrible service. Read more

This store is a JOKE!! Even the manager tries to argue on a refund that was never processed by her night assistant on a canceled... order. I understand being short staff, doesn't give you the right to argue with people trying to get there money back on a orderthey never received. This is why your going out of business!! Read more
Is that all? Will that be all? Is that it? Wow! Really? I always end my order with; "...and that's all/it, thank you." I really... don't need someone trying to cut me off after every item I order to ask if I'm finally done. It's quite rude. I'm so sick andtired of someone trying to make me feel like I'm an inconvenience... Gives a poor atmosphere toward my experience. Unfortunatelyit seems to be commonplace more and more lately with most fast food joints. Needs to be fixed. I'm alway initially kind andalways, again... initially, try to be positive when I'm ordering from a drive- thru. I would like the same respect. The shake Ireceived, out of the 5 ordered, tasted like there was some very potent chemical or artificial substance in it and what Ithought would have been a sweet treat ended up being a bitter taste... It was after I used a straw to drink it that I tastedwhatever it was. So it was toward the bottom of the cup. My family wasn't impressed and when a few tasted my shake, because Ifigured maybe it was just me, they said it tasted very off as well. I didn't even want to fathom what the hell it was so I stuckit in my freezer. Maybe I'll send in a sample to get it analyzed. None of the shakes ordered were blended properly almost as ifthey shoved the ingredients in a cup and sent it through the window... hurry up... next... Pretty poor experience from thebeginning. This particular Sonic on redwood road in West valley City it's just as good as all the other ones nothing special the food's... always the same prices are high but the service is very good I personally will spend my money at Arctic circle next time theyhave much better ice cream much better prices Read more
Great treat on a hot afternoon, just pull in sit back in comfort order from a great all American menu. Device is prompt and all... the extra trimmings . There ???? cherry lime aid with the small crushed ice is to drive for! It's on redwood and it's thefastest, cleanest fast food I've been too.i was surprised because I don't normally do Sonic, but me and my buddy both ate andwas full and satisfied for under 20 bucks and it included our dessert.
