The younger waitress was so disrespectful. We asked for a big bowl of misu soup and she did not want to give us anything. She... didn’t want to help us to have a good experience. We suggest to improve the customer service and check on the age range of thewaitresses because they may not be prepare to serve food service. Read more

I'm a flight attendant who, pre pandemic, rarely are sushi outside of Japan and never away from a coastline. Once the pandemic... hit I was forced to give in and eat sushi in landlocked Utah. I can only speak to the roll I repeatedly order here (Dynamite)it's amazing. Price point is reasonable and the staff has always been friendly. Can't believe this is in West valley. Thankful Igot off my pretentious high horse and gave it a try. Read more

First time coming here, we had the dynamite roll, temporal roll and crazy roll. Ordered a kid meal beef teriyaki which was... actually quite good. The beef was tender! The crazy roll was the favorite and has a bit of smoked salmon flavor to it. Read more

I was asked, "how is it possible to make food that's salty, but yet bland at the same time? Order the noodles and you'll find... out. They were salty but bland. My salmon was like sawdust meaning there's some chunks butt a lot of grill flakes. Tastedok. The steak was looking burnt but tasted good. The veggies, while a nice portion, was 75 percent squash. I don't care forsquash too much. The soup isn't miso. It's like a beef bullion with dashi. Kinda odd. The tea is the best part actually. But itwas BOILING hot. That's acceptable. The sushi rolls, Vegas and salmon katsu, were good. The salad ginger dressing wasn't what Iexpected, but it was tasty and the salad was ice cold. Very nice. The presentation literally looked like they dropped each itemonto the plate from 2 feet above the plate with splash marks. If the food was priced at half we were charged, I'd been amarginally happier. Otherwise, it's an overpriced mess. Monster sushi? Yeah. Monster prices and looked like a monster plated thefood after cooking it. 3.5 stars out of 10 Read more
