Tried the drive thru and was told they were short handed and that I would need to order inside. I went inside and used the kiosk... to place my order. After waiting for a few minutes (not a very long) a gentleman came and asked me about my order because itseemed that the kiosk hand the order off the the kitchen. I told him what I ordered and he brought me a bag a couple minuteslater. I left and after a few minutes I checked my bag and the order was wrong and only got 2 items when I ordered 3 items. Read more
Worst Taco Bell ever! If you can avoid this place do so. The Manager she is so rude. She was ready to jump out the drive thru... window because there card reader was not working at the drive thru. She was yelling saying orders can only be taken inside. Isaid can you just walk over to the front & slide my card?? She had attitude like no other & said if I wanted something to goinside & slammed the window. IDK HOW ON EARTH Taco Bell has a person like herself working there?shes such a bully & rotten downto the core. BTW there were other incidence w/this nappy manager that this one took the cake! The workers at the tacobell are disrespectful and trashy I went through the drive through and the lady was rushing me when I... asked about a item she told me to read the menu. Very disrespectful honestly when I finally pulled up to pay and got a look atwho worked there I drove away. They look like the type of trashy people that will put gross things in your food. Had 8 cars at once pull thru the drive thru waiting for food outside... I'm at ten minutes right now still currently waiting for... a simple craving box and burrito. My girlfriend placed a delivery order less than an hour ago. She ordered 8 nacho fries for three of us. Our order arrived fairly... quickly (the order was placed at 7:04 PM and our food was delivered at 7:11 PM), which was great, but when we opened our bags tocheck our food (after the Doordash driver had already left) we found 8 bags of nachos in the bag, no nacho fries. The receiptthat was attached to the bag clearly shows the 8 nacho fries as part of the order, so we are not sure what happened here. Thiswas obviously very disappointing, as the entire reason we chose to order from Taco Bell today was to get some nacho fries. Thequesadilla we ordered was cold and the cheese was not melted; the quesadilla, itself, had also not been cut. My girlfriend wasable to get her money back, so that was a positive... probably the only positive thing we got from this experience. Read more
