I just wanna give this Taco Bell a huge shout out last night me and my husband went to the Taco Bell on 5600 west and they gave... us cold fries and barley had any in it so my husband called them well actually called the wrong one than the right one and theguy was really rude and lied about what his position was so my husband called this store and asked what he could do to reportthem they told us to come today and they would fix those fries for us . We got there and added a couple burritos and they gaveit to us all for free and gave us both a drink and apologized to us even tho it wasn?t there mistake I appreciate them so muchthe general manager and assistant manager rock at this store. The manager was rude my food looked like it was missing the full portion so I took it inside and they told me it looked... eaten(that's why I took it in ) and I couldnt get my refund after showing her the receipt showing I just went thru drive thru. Read more
Just went through the drivethrough at those location after another location was out of Mexican pizza and was rude to me when I... asked about it. I decided to try a different location and I'm glad I did! I not only got my Mexican pizza, but was treated verykindly! Not to mention fast!! JJ was awesome at the drive through window! Service wasn't rude but wasn't pleasant either. Crave box and a chicken chulupa. The nacho fries were cold and flavorless. And... where has any of the meat gone? Two little chicken chunks with tons of lettuce and sour cream. That's the way most itemswere...couple little bites of meat but plenty of lettuce and sour cream. Been coming here since i was in elementary school. It has it's moments of not that great, but honestly- overall it hits the spot... 8/10X!! NEVER made me nor my family sick! Customer service is 50/50, usually there is a teenager that's Emo and suuper quiet andseems super negative about life. But tonight, they were so helpful and happy.
