The food is great! As soon as someone comes around to take your order.. I don't have a very long break and I really appreciate... getting a sammich and a drink real quick so I can eat it sitting down rather than while walking back to work. But it seems theyfocus almost solely on the drive-up. I totally understand they don't want a parade of cars outside, but... The lobby was disgusting. When we walked in the door someone a had dropped multiple ketchup containers on the floor and was all... over the entrance, every table was dirty and food on the floor. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. They were not the spicyand were super dry. I typically don't have issues with this Wendy's but when I got home I found this severely under cooked hamburger. Crossing my... fingers the one bite that I did take doesn't come with a side of food poisoning. Tried to go back with the proof and ask for arefund and was told I should come back tomorrow. Baconator Fries! I enjoy Wendy's but when I had the baconator fries from this location my respect for them is on a new level.... The pretzel burgers are also great. Wendy's does have some of the better fast food salads if you are not feeling the normalfair. Definitely better than McDonalds salads. Go get you some pub fries! Read more
So, this is my Wendy's. Like my ride-or-die Wendy's. The problem is I think a lot of people feel that way? And they get... overwhelmed with orders. There's a Wendy's down the street that gets nothing but we all insist on coming here, so the qualitysuffers.
