While I was waiting for my order in the lobby, my order was given to another customer by mistake. This customer ended up opening... up everything and afterwards realized it?s not his order. He tried letting the employee know about it and she just put it backon the to go shelf. I wouldn?t have a problem with it if the other customer didn?t open everything. I also feel that if yousaw the customer with his hands all over someone else?s food you shouldn?t serve it to the next customer that?s just disgusting. I let them know I didn?t want that meal and I either wanted a refund or another order to be prepared fresh. They took they oldbag behind the counter and came back 2 minutes later saying my order was ready. I know this is the same bag because the wingswere cold and all the containers were open, it also had carrots scattered throughout the bag. I frequently order from here andknow that everything comes in a container. I am very disappointed and upset with the blatant dishonesty from the employees. We usually enjoy any trip to Wing Stop. It?s our favorite place to get wings. However yesterday, I had a really feathery wing in... my to go order. And of course I understand that I?m eating chicken. A feather here out there is completely normal. But this winghas C 10+ feathers all over the side and it made me lose my appetite. A little more quality control would have beenappreciated. ALSO. We ordered and paid for 2 of the wings for 2 meals, both with bone in wings, and one of our orders wasboneless. Again, quality control. Read more
They took my order @8:09, I stand up and ask how long it would take for my order to be ready @8:30 they told me it would take 10... min. I was seating there and all the employees were looking at me . @9:59 I stand up and ask again how long it would take, theguy told me He already cancel my order. I was really mad because he didn?t let me know the order was cancel, he saw me I wasseating waiting for my order and didn?t take the time to tell me anything. Customer service at this store is the worst, theydidn?t apologies or anything. Everyone in the kitchen where only preparing online orders they didn?t care about the people whoorder to eat there. We went on a night that was super busy for this location so it took quite a while to get our food. Once we did it was definitely... #worththewait. The voodo fries were really good with the cheese and ranch. We chose the Spicy Korean Q and Garlic Parmesanflavors. Overall, the wait was really long, but we left feeling full and satisfied. Just tried the West Valley Wingstop location. I had the garlic Parmesan and the Hawaiian boneless wings. Both were quite tasty.... My husband really liked the dry rub also. The employees are very friendly here. We will be back! Read more
We devoured so many tasty wings. I'm not normally a fan of wings but I love the ones at Wingstop. The garlic parmesan and the... Louisiana BBQ are so flavorful, as are all of the many possible wing flavors. Good food and great company. And the staff wasalso great! Read more
