Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Chicken fingers were almost the size of nuggets, half the size of other fried... chicken shops in the immediate area, not worth the price. They had a deal to get a free meal in their app, so I took it and had a good time. The chicken was great (Fast food speaking at... least) The service was incredibly fast, we sat down and they called our names. I slept on this review so I would not be completely out of line. I ordered two salads. The lettuce was so old. It was brown,... wilted and some pieces we just plain slimmy. The two salads were the same, however one was very small with only a few pieces ofchicken. We both tried to eat the salad but we're unable to. Last night I read the reviews and I can't figure out how this placeis still open. Unless I see a sign "Under New Management" I won't return. There are other places close by to buy a salad from. THANK YOU! Air conditioner is fixed! I LOVE ZAXBY'S ????. I love the food! The customer service was exceptional but... unfortunately the dining room has no air conditioning. I have been in once a week for the last three weeks. Although the food isdelicious, eating a hot lunch in a hot dining room is no fun. Please get the air conditioning fixed and I'll give 5 stars. This is one of the better fast food restaurants in West Valley City. Every time I've eaten here the food has been freshly cooked... and delicious. Sometimes they can be a little skimpy on the chicken but it's still worth it. I do feel like other Zaxby's I'vebeen to have better service, but it's still decent here. Read more

Looks like lots of reviews are saying similar things. When this Zaxbys opened they were on point. My family came on a weekly... basis. My wife recommended them to everyone! Over the years the quality has gone down. Asking for extra crispy fries with extraseasoning is too much to ask. They can?t get it right and get moody when you go into the store to ask them to do it right. I getit, working in fast food is hard and people are mean, but take care of your loyal customers or you won?t have any left. Read more

I left a 5 star review on my other account a few months back (copaceticfilms), today I went back and it was amazing as last... time. I ordered through the app 3 min before I got there, they were super quick to get my order out, the girl was so nice andthey got all my order including the extra sauces I ordered. Love this west valley location. Wish the chicken was bigger and thefries were well done & the coleslaw was filled up but the chicken was hot and the coleslaw was good. Really gave this location a5 star bc of the service / staff and they didn?t mess up my order and they included all the sauces haha. Read more
