MANAGER PLEASE READ THIS!! I went there about 6pm on Aug7,2021 and i ordered 2 drinks and it was busy but i still was watching... them make it. The lady dropped my cup on the floor and picked it up and I thought she would throw it away and get another but noshe poured my smoothie in the same cup! It is a plastic cup that does not cost 5 cents! This is unbelievable I didn?t sayanything because there was a lot of customers but i spend $8 on a drink and throw it away like how could she do that?! Completely unsanitary. Went from touching cash to sticking her hand into the cup that she was going to use for my drink. She was... the person in charge of training the new guy. When I asked the guy who was being trained for the cup to be switched out becauseof the germs that were now in it he was polite and told the girl who was making it and she responded with ?whatever? andcontinued to try and use the same cup. The guy in training stepped in and switched out the cups. I feel her response wasunprofessional and her lack of sanitation to be scary, Especially since she was in charge of training people. TLDR: waited too long and left even after paying, staff using unsafe hygiene practices. Took over 5 minutes to get a small... plain dipped cone. With no queue in front and a team of four, how could it take that long? No communication on why it wastaking so long. I waited so long that I didn't stick around to get my cone or the refund. Also watching two of the staffplunge their hands into the smoothie machine to get it working, without wearing gloves or showing they washed their handsensured that i made the right decision Read more

I was surprised to get a small blizzard after ordering a medium one. ?Not again!? I said. Serve me a small chocolate chip cookie... dough blizzard when I ordered a medium one once, shame on you. Anyway, the chill dude at the counter made me another blizzard after Iexplained the mistake, which I appreciated. But I don?t know what happened to the first, small blizzard. Maybe they ate it?Perhaps it was wasted and melted on the counter? Nobody knows... Food safety practices are poor, on both occasions I ordered door at this location the employee's handled my food without wearing... gloves or washing there hands. They went from using the register/cleaning to immediately handling food. Update April 2019 foundtwo dead mice and mice droppings by there back entrance have been there over a week and staff have yet to remove or clean up, Iwould avoid eating here. Read more
