This is a nice place to get your breakfast cofee. Im hoping that the person in charge in taking in orders will be more polite to... all customers. Though I appreciate the lady who made my coffee shes very approachable and smilling. Read more
Ordered a shaken iced espresso. Was told that they can?t shake it and I have to stir it myself. They give me a paper straw to... stir it but it weakens in 3 seconds. I suppose this franchise feels that they have the location: they don't need to worry about service. The waiting line wasn't... excessive for a Starbucks. The wait for the coffee was considerably longer. When I did get my coffee, it had less sugar than Iasked for, less cream than I asked for, and was the wrong blend. For the prices that Starbucks charges, I'm not impressed. Read more

Minu & Grantham are lovely. I work at the ferry terminal in the early morning hours so I?m at this Starbucks 5 days a week! They... stand out from the rest of the bunch with their customer service as well as just overall good vibes. The store gets super busyand hectic especially on long weekends/holidays when the ferries are also packed. They never show their stressed and are alwayshelpful. Read more
