I just walked out. Got a 6-in turkey breast sandwich and the guy just grabbed a bun from the breadbox and tore it in half with... his hands so that half the toppings were being put on top of the sandwich?? I asked him oh are you not even cutting buns hereanymore??? It honestly felt like I was on a hidden camera show or something I've never seen food prepared so carelessly. Itwas insulting as a customer. Very weird experience and I will not be returning *Update after reply* Working construction for15 years I've probably eaten 2500 Subway sandwiches. Never again! Wanted to use the coupon and I was told I need to have the physical coupon. I showed a photo and that wasn?t... enough. I?m fine if that?s the policy. Then bought their crispy chicken sub which tasted like garbage. The chicken wasn?t evenheated properly. The sub was messy. Paid 12 bucks for the footlong and threw out more than half.
