This Taco Bell has to be one of the worst ones I've ever been to. I honestly can't say that I have ever had an order that was... correct. They always miss items on an order or get any kind of custom order wrong. Id rather drive the extra mile or two to goto the one on McKnight Road. At least they get orders right. I'm sad because this one is so close but with giving them atleast 3 years of chances, I won't be returning to this one in West View. Sorry not sorry. My review was a 4.0 star but afterthis last order I paid for was all wrong I had to finally change my review. Two stars is being generous. Read more
If you have to come here don't use the drive through. I was here Sunday evening. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes... until I realized that there was something seriously wrong with this establishment and that the line would not be moving. I gotout of my car and asked the woman behind me if she could please back up so that I could leave. As we were pulling out of theparking lot one of the employees came outside and started mouthing something to us as she waved her arms around. Never cominghere again. Read more
Would rate zero stars. Employees and management are extremely rude and made the drive thru experience super confusing. We were... told to come inside and then as we started to we were told to come back. A lady came in expressing concerns about her orderafter we ordered inside. She left without her issue being resolved. As soon as she left 3 employees were making jokes about herand one stated "So what if your taco was messy. If you wanted a golden taco go to a Mexican restaurant". As this happenedseveral frustrated customers at the drive-thru left without their orders. Completely unacceptable service and management. There's a big black guy and a black lady (sorry they didn't have the name tags so this is the only way to identify them)... cheerfully makes fun of people's names and the foods they order. The other two girls were very polite but those two black oneswere very disrespectful and rude even with them when they try to damage control! They even have the audacity of disrespectingand name calling me knowing I'm in the store and yet no apology. One told the manager's name is Tammy and hope she gets themessage and take care of the bad apples. I'm also reaching out to corporate to get their response as well. Unfortunately I have been sitting in line for an order for the last 32 minutes. I seems as though this establishment does not... know what it takes to serve fast food. Which is what it is suppose to be. I realize that Covid 19 may be part if me waiting, although I believe that the establishment is short staffed. Get it together corporate. Hire more employees.
