I ordered a jelly donut for my 9 year old sister and got a powdered donut?. I?d like to rephrase my stars and leave no stars?
Been coming here since I was born always had great coffee an muffins etc.
This Dunkin is terrible. Not only are they more expensive then any other Dunkin around, they do not apply discounts or honor... advertised deals. (Ex. Today being Free Med Coffee with ANY purchase. I was charged for both coffees ordered) All but 1 member(a very nice drive thru cashier) of their staff is rude and discourteous towards customers. Managers included. Orderspecifications arnt followed and you are treated with such attitude if you ask them to correct it. Coffee is always dripping orcovered in sugar. No care given. Ever. Read more
Never have what I want. Ordered and paid for first drink, then they told us they didn't have it. "I can make you anything... else. " ordered the next drink- didn't have it either. And for having the word donut in their name, they have shocking littlevariety. Then they couldn't figure out how to issue a refund. Get your act together. Read more
Ordered two Bagels toasted with cream cheese and one with butter. Really tasty bagels. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

One might want to try their coffee before leaving the store to make sure it was done correctly!!! I went in tru drive tru for a... med ice caramel swirl 2 &2 . I made sure to repeat the caramel witch she replay "yup got it" well she didnt get it lol immissing my caramel. I didnt find out till i got to my kids practice.
