Made me wait forever for a doordash "the foods not ready. Just waiting on the food over and over" whole times food in the bag so... I waited for nothing. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life!! I ordered an ice coffee and was told that I could not pay extra to have... it sweetened. I told the person in the drive through that it was not sweet and gave me a shot of vanilla on a cup then saidshe?s not the one who makes it and just gave me a blank stare. Can someone tell me who owns this dump??? Couldn?t get an answer or find any posted info? it?s the law right, part of public... info needed to posted where the public can get the info? The little round blonde manager shouldn?t be running anything. Afterreading the other reviews, not sure how she still has a job to begin with, happy to see I?m not the first person to suggest thatshe doesn?t care. See other reviews! And the care issue trickles down to the unprofessional children working there today!! Partof management is dealing with the public. Part of that is people being upset when you raise prices. Ridiculing, and mocking yourcustomers isn?t the way to do it. Also there is no paperwork available to the customers. Ask who owns it, or ask for the permitswhich are supposed to be posted in a public space. Ridiculed by the same people who have been serving me for years!! Sad, anddisgusting! Never again!
