I called them early before the rush and it took hour and half for delivery. Pizza was COLD. The sweet potato fries were way... overdone and burnt. Why would someone serve that?! I put a 5 dollar tip for delivery too. Spent 30$ for a disastrous meal. Neveragain! Read more

I\'ve only had their pizza, but the pizza is good, almost very good. Considering I\'ve ordered from PVD multiple times. There\'s... also a large variety of specialty pizzas that I found to be good also. The staff is polite and friendly. 4.5 ? Read more
PVD is great, but the West Warwick location is a disaster. It’s as if they don’t even read your order, and we’ve given... them plenty of chances. Eventually, we went back to ordering from Warwick. Unfortunately, if you order delivery, the Warwick PVDwill send your order to West Warwick if they’re closer to you (understandable). We learned this the hard way when we recentlywaited over an hour for one pizza, they made the wrong kind, missed the one additional topping we paid for, and it was barelyfully cooked (we asked for well done). This all made so much more sense when we called Warwick and they told us that WestWarwick had fulfilled our order. We will be driving to Warwick to pick up any orders from now on. Whatever you do don\'t order online. TWICE now my husband has gone to pick up food that I ordered and PAID FOR online and they... charged him. Get it together.\n\nAlso - when he went in to get it fixed they said oh there is a $2 and change difference. How isthat so? If you have something on your menu that isn\'t priced correctly that is on YOU, not the customer.\n\nAlso - we orderedcalamari and it is soggy and reeks like old fish, and pulled pork on our loaded bourbon cheese fries. Two big hard chunks ofpulled pork, no bourbon stout, or if there is, it is tasteless.\n\nIt is really sad because the first two times we ordered itwas great but all the food and service has gone downhill. This is my second time ordering from this place. The first time they forgot half my order so I had to wait another hour to get... the rest of my order. The second time I ordered a steak and cheese with the onions Sautéed with the meat and this is the onionsI got. The food was cold and wen I called to complain they told me I was lying that the onions are always cooked with the meat.If you can hear the onion snap it’s raw. There is nothing but issues wen I order for here. It’s a shame because the food isdecent wen they get it right. Plus I spend 70$ every time I order. I expect it to be right for that price! Read more
10-19-2022. Ordered fish and chips. Paid for extra tarter sauce. Also ordered Italian grinder. I picked up at like 1045pm. Got... home and fish had no tarter sauce. And Italian grinder was not cut in half. This place will be out of business within the year. Read more
