Really bad experience here, I went through drive through and 2 of the 3 things I ordered were wrong. The burger that I ordered... which was the only thing they got the right item was cold. I went back inside and asked to get a fresh burger and the correctitems for the other two items. But they could not do that, it would take 30 minutes to make a fresh burger they said. I asked toget my money back which I got but there was no apology or comment at all for their bad service Read more

This location is attached to a Pilots Travel Center and the lobby?s actually open (they have a drive through too). I?m a fan of... there Giro but seldom have had one since most of their locations keep there lobby closed. My rig doesn?t fit through the drivethrough. Anyhow, o enjoyed my giro and the service was nice and friendly. Read more

Today on 10/22/22 around 5:30 pm went through drive through, order a blt and a bacon ranch wrap, but they don?t sell the bacon... ranch wrap anymore so they recommended and turkey wrap, so we ordered that instead, told them we wanted no onions on anythingbecause my wife is pregnant and very allergic to the onions, got back to the hotel to eat our food, opened the bag and got somekind of beef pita wrap with loads of onions and my wife and I can?t eat it because of the allergies. Called the Arby?s phonenumber and a guy answered and we explained our meal order was wrong, the Arby?s guy was very defensive, not at all apologetic,and extremely rude saying we didn?t mess up anything!! when we asked for a managers or owners name, he said ? No your notgetting that bro! And hung up!! All he could?ve said was sorry we messed up your order come back in and we can make it rightbut no he was rude like we did something wrong for coming to their restaurant to order their food and they messed the order up.Such a small town and they treat paying customers this way!
