Danielle the Supervisor didn?t know what he was doing? We had a T mobile coupon for free impossible whoppers and they argued for... over so long we?re very disrespect they was another associate with him as well, lack of professionalism and no customerappreciation treating customers very bad and yelling at them shows that they don?t care about them at all. The lack of professionalism here needs to be addressed. I walked in with this very simple order,yet all 3 burgers were not only... made wrong, but Ramses who was Re-making the burgers,bare handedly grabbed a hand full of onion rings and put the on the makeline. I was standing there watching him! The manager Daniel not only decided to try and give attitude because I came back andtold them they messed up the order. When I came back in as well he refused to help,so had to wait for the original cashier tocome around to the front. Definitely not a fan of this place,and won't be back under any circumstance! This Burger King is very conveniently located just west of the Montego Bay hotel and casino in West Wendover Nevada and the... gentleman running the speaker register and serving window is quite the accommodator! Though I've got to say whoever's in chargeof the pricing definitely could use a lesson in frugality! me and a friend ordered a rather large lunch and the total came outto more than $30!!! Kind of astonishing to me since I'm used to spending about $15 at McDonald's for two people but a big timemajor difference that I want to point out here, the guy here at Burger King did not so much as have to get clarification on ourorder, he got our requests correct every single time! astonishing I've got to say!!! This guy should be like the general managerof order taking for all Burger King locations! He even gave me a cup of whipped cream for a side and when I asked if I couldturn my large Dr pepper and bacon King into a meal if that would lower the cost he simply replied I'll give you the french friestoo for free I mean who can argue with that!
