Food as good as it gets for McDonald's. LOL Forgot my drink one time, that was a my bad, if you go inside gotta ask them for the... cup. The ice cream machine works. I prefer the smoothies. I like the app but I wish I could order from around the corner insteadof having to be there for them to start the food, I mean I already paid for it right, let it get cold if I click the option tostart making it now. Food was hot and fresh, particularly the fries. On the other hand I was the only customer served from when I walked in till I... finished eating in. The dining room looked liked Baghdad in 1993. Bombed out! Trash at EVERY SINGLE SEATING AREA. Trash canswere full. At least 4 employees doing nothing. Read more
Person at the window told us she was sick, and yet the manager forced her to come in to work. Absolutely disgusting. Never eat... here unless you're prepared to have your food served to you by sick people with no concern for cleanliness or other people'shealth. Read more
Came for a quick dinner and dined in. On the machine it said to pick a table and it'll be brought to you (as I've been used to... in multiple other countries). It didn't print out a receipt so didn't make note of my order number. So went to sit at the tableI'd put into the machine. Sat waiting for ages, and nothing was brought. Though noticed a tray at the counter sitting there forabout 5 minutes. There were only maybe 3 other people there? So eventually went up and saw it had my table number in hugewriting on the receipt attached. Pretty annoyed as it had been sitting out for a while and wasn't as hot as it could have been.People working didn't seem bothered. Stopped for dinner after driving 18hours ordered chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. Retrieved my nuggets and was then told they... didn't have bbq sauce ????. I am not a fan of any other sauces so since they didn't offer to change my order I ate plain nuggetsWhich I learned are not that tasty without sauce. Thank you for ruining my night and my meal. We got egg muffins and sausage burritos, and they were probably the best we've ever had from McDonald's. It was quick and... everything was fresh, including the eggs and tortillas. Staff was also efficient and friendly. Read more
The food is the same as any other McDonalds, no surprise there. There are kiosks for ordering and I would recommend that as the... staff are MIA. I waited at the counter for 2 minutes before someone came. Sadly the staff also struggle with English. The ismachine was not giving me any ice, many were getting annoyed about this. Mind you it was close to a 100 outside. Bathrooms arequite filthy. I usually judge the bathroom to figure out how clean the kitchen is likely. Not a good sign. Read more
This is quite possibly the best McDonald's in America. Quarter Pounder looked like the one on the commercial, absolutely... perfect. The young person at the counter smiled with perfect gleaming white teeth, told me to enjoy my meal AND MEANT IT. Thefloors were spotless, I checked for dust on the top of the video ordering board, NOT A SPECK! There isn't even a single piece ofgum stuck to the sidewalk in front. McDonald's managers from around the world should make an annual pilgrimage to this locationand bow in supplication before the glory that is West Wendover McDonald's. Read more
