Everywhere we checked everything was closed and that?s how we got here. The food was delicious and we tried the burger, chicken... tenders for kids, the ravioli, and other items (just didn?t get pictures). The service was spot on ???? We also decided to trythe cheesecake and it was so delicious! You need to try this place out. Read more

Fun huckleberry margarita! Stupendous food. Can't say enough about the wonderful flavors, quality and local meat. Elk ravioli in... a wonderful mushroom sauce was over the top.! The service was excellent. They were under pressure with more customers thanexpected after Yellowstone was closed due to historic flooding but they were on their game and so pleasant and efficient. Greatplace. Read more

We actually ended up here because the place next door had fallen victim to some bad scheduling or something. Our win, though.... Bullwinkles rocks!!! Our waiter couldn?t have been any nicer, more helpful or more attentive. Recommended some great food. Keptour drinks full. Made us feel like family. The ribs were super tasty; not as tender as I?ve had but the flavor was solid. Themeatloaf was amazing. Bread service is a nice bonus. You need to make sure to have lunch or dinner here. You won?t bedisappointed. :-) Read more

We entered this spot thinking it would be upscale bar food at best. Once we got the menu we had a hard time ordering because of... so many excellent options. I had the elk ravioli. This dish was very very good. It has sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, shallotsand garlic with a brown gravy. I thought the gravy looked odd but was really good. I then had the huckleberry cheesecake and itto was good. Service was loud and fun. Pretty good cocktails as well. Read more

Came here while visiting Yellowstone. Prices are spendy but it's a more upscale restaurant. 3 stars because they missed order... notes, no bread on the table, despite butter and bread plates, and few other things detailed below. I ordered a beer, it camein a can and was $5.77 for a small can. Seems way too overpriced. The other reason is they added a $3.70 credit card fee. This is just unacceptable in my opinion. I'd rather not see that charge and pay a little more on each item vs a credit cardfee. It may seem silly but it bothers me greatly when restaurants do this. Part of doing business is accepting payment. Feelslike a tourist trap. Here's my review on food... I ordered the buffalo tomahawk, asked for mashed potatoes with no gravy, butcame out with gravy. I also asked for steak to be medium, but it came out more towards well done with no pink in the middle. It tasted good, but would have been a juicer and way better if cooked properly. Especially for the price. I got the shrimpadded as a side to the steak and honestly it was my favorite food on the table. We also ordered a side of potato wedges andcheese curds. My wife's favorite was the potato wedges. The cheese curds were good and came with a nice huckleberrysauce. Now this is another reason why I leave 3 stars here... The huckleberry sauce came with a nice sauce container... Thepotato wedges came with sour cream in a prepackaged container on my plate. Give us the experience and use sour cream in one ofthose containers that the huckleberry sauce came in for the price. Feel same aspect on the cocktail sauce that came in a cheapplastic container vs a nice one. Consistency is key expecially if your running a upscale restaurant based on the atmosphere andseating. Look at the photos. There are a few other things but I feel like I may be getting petty on some aspects. Overall thefood was good, service was good, but for price I'd rather go back to the Mexican food bus down the road. Read more

WORTH THE WAIT!!!! I was meeting a friend on Mother's Day and of course, there was a wait to get a table. There were a lot of us... waiting to get tables and EVERYONE who passed us on their way out waiting in the entrance area exclaimed, "It's worth the wait!"And MAN WAS IT!!!! Started with the Roasted Wild Mushroom Bruschetta - I LOVE Goat Cheese and that was the shining star of thestarter! Then the Elk Ravioli arrived - WOW! Melt in your mouth!!! WOW! Then I finished with the Huckleberry Cheesecake. What agreat local twist! Gabriel was our server and although he was extremely busy with the Mother's Day rush, he was prompt, courteous, and just a great server! I really enjoyed my visit and should I ever be back in Yellowstone, I will hit Bullwinkle'sup!!! I almost returned today for lunch on my way out of town, but I had dinner arrangements in Great Falls, so I had to leaveWest Yellowstone. Thank you all for a GREAT experience! OH! And the bread they give you we needed a second basket it was sooooogood! Read more
