This is the best gluten free food you will eat out here in west Yellowstone or quite possibly anywhere! James is a wealth of... knowledge on celiac friendly gluten free food. There are GF fryers and dedicated gluten free prep areas. He makes a good glutenreduced beer recommendation also with the Outlaw brewing companies Patio Pounder IPA. After suffering through terrible backpacking food for the past week, I was so happy to find this amazing restaurant that... accommodates gluten free! We ordered a bison burger and a chicken sandwich, and both were fantastic. It's not a quick bite sincethe owner handles everything, but it's definitely worth the wait.
