There are GF fryers and dedicated gluten free prep areas. He makes a good glutenreduced beer recommendation also with the Outlaw brewing companies Patio Pounder IPA. After suffering through terrible backpacking food for the past week, I was so happy to find this amazing restaurant that... accommodates gluten free! We ordered a bison burger and a chicken sandwich, and both were fantastic. It's not a quick bite sincethe owner handles everything, but it's definitely worth the wait. Very charming place attached to the airstrip. Owner worked very hard to get us our food quick despite being the only employee... there, and it was incredibly tasty. We found this place on gluten free app and after traveling from MI to MT this was the best GF food we found!
