Use to be my go to place. Tonight we got raw pizza. Cold and dropped. Was quoted 25 minutes and it was 45minutes. Yet the... tracker said it was deliver on time. Called manager and was told that the reason for the late pizza was a flat tire. Driver saidno he did not get a flat tire. Called again and manager continued to hang up on me. Read more

Update: The manager reached out to me and apologized. He offered the credit for next order as well. So, I will edit my rating... because of his customer care to rectify the situation was good. I pre-scheduled my order to be delivered at 11:30 am on June25. So, our employees can have their lunch since we couldn?t go out to buy some food. The delivery was late for one hour withoutany explanation. Also, forgot to bring two drinks and said that they were out of it. If you didn?t have any big bottles of pop,you could have bring a few small ones to satisfy your customer?s needs. We?ve lived down the road for about 5 years now, and as a busy mom I love the opportunity of having a pizza night with my kids... every once in a while. They are always the friendliest staff, while having such good quality pizzas! The deals are always good,I t?s nice to have the variety of trying new things and them all being affordable. Ordered 2 pizza specials ect. Pizzas looked awesome.. Tons of toppings and all pizzas already have xtra cheese. My only problem... was pizzas were not cooked and parm bites were missing. Called mgr next day.. Very understanding and gave understandable reasonand offered a credit for next time. Other West Kelowna places wont do that. Very pleased with excellent customer service.. I usually get decent service and food from this location especially as my husband was a manager there for the past 2 years. But... yesterday afternoon was unnaceptable as I was sent 2 raw gelly globs in grease for lava cakes. 100% the cook knew when they cameout of the oven they were not cooked and not acceptable to be sent out but yet raw grainy uncooked cakes were sent to a pregnantwoman! !Absolutely unnaceptable.
