The worst KFC I've ever been too. Doesnt even deserve the 2 stars it has. They'll ask you to wait 30 minutes for your order.... They only ever have dark meat, and wont tell you until you've paid for your food, then claim "they forgot". I normally ask for a4 piece meal and they give you 2 legs and 2 wings, the smallest pieces there are. If you ask for white meat, they'll ask ifchicken strips are good enough or claim they dont have any. You are almost always going to get carbonated water for a drink.This location is a pathetic excuse for a KFC restaurant. Read more
We tried to grab dinner on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm and they had vlosed at 7pm wow really the only KFC on the west side.

This is the garbage I was served at West Kelowna location. Instead of the checked being stored on a baking sheet in a a warm... oven, tlhey actually stored the chicken pieces in a clear plastic bag where the steam can't escape and makes it soggy. Plusthe oil saturated through the breading. This was absolutely disgusting. Owners and staff of this location should beembarrassed and attend a food safe program! When I called to complain the reason for dumping chicken pieces into plastic bagsis because it was busy! Seriously! If I wanted soggy chicken I could go to Walmart for a rotisserie chicken.
