Came in for lunch as we were on the west side for errands. Food safe practices were very poor, and their "fresh" vegetable table... had tomatoes with the core still in them, cucumbers had been frozen and gone mushy, and the biggest issue was the chicken onboth mine and my husband's sandwiches was NOT correctly heated up before they were put on out sandwiches. Poor service, tableswere left un clean had to ask to have the tables cleaned, there was wasps in the restaurant from the outside garbage can tooclose to the entrance way. Came in today, July 27th at 6:30! Was greeted by the nicest young guy! I?m presuming he was fresh out of training. Friendly,... great at his job especially during a busy time! And was putting time and effort into making sure the orders were correct! I?dgive 5 stars if it were only him working! Nobody was wearing name tags but i wish he was! To the girl who i am assuming was hissupervisor on shift however. I would love to remind you that you were new at your job once, just like everybody else. You wererude, and cold, and should try being a little more kind when you speak to those around you. Especially your coworkers, who arelooking up to you for guidance. For a company that has a sign on the door saying you are hiring and short staffed. I wonderwhy. I left feeling so sad for the young man working. What a shame. I hope he knows he deserves a much better work environmentthen the one he?s at. Read more
Employees when I have gone into the store are never friendly but always made a decent enough sandwich so I never complained.... Decided to try to order through skip and my sandwich was not even close to correct, they missed 4 ingredients that I asked forand added Spinach! I hate SPINACH! Along with 2 other ingredients I also dont like very much. Its not very often I take time outof my day to make bad reviews but im just blown away at how brutally wrong they got my order, I had 2 bites and threw the restaway. This store just lost a customer for life, never order from this store online, you will be dissapointed. -10/10 Read more
2 stars because I have had some good experiences , but went in and got a sub, the bread was hard when I got home, and while the... lady was making my sandwich another lady was emptying the ends of the old containers into the other ones and I had to ask her toremove the slimey cucumbers from my sandwich ( that had visibly gone bad). Someone who's worked in fast food I know 1000% that'snot food safe and there's a reason... it was gross so I guess depending on the staff maybe they should go over some food safethings, and If they ARE gunna cheat, don't do it infront of customers.....
