Was just there and this is the worst tim Hortons they always get my order wrong I always order a combo and never get a hashbrown... and the sandwiches are thrown together and they couldn't even get the donut I wanted right. Just pass by this Tim's if you can. Read more
The people here needs to be trained well.. They will just take your orders and complete forgot to assemble or give it to you... even though its not busy. They would even charge you for a cup of water even if you ordered food from them.. $0.10 for a papercup??!!! Why not just give it to your customers if they already purchase from you??? Is your company experiencing difficulty infinances thats why everything is being charge to the customer? What will be the next one? Tissue? Straw? Paper bags? I go here because it is close to work and everytime I say never again! It's been awhile so thought hey, why not? Ordered the... new roast beef sandwich, got back to work, wrong order. This location got our orders wrong several times in the past few weeks and charged us for it. For example, we requested small... steep tea and got a Medium.
