This place always disappoints me , every time I ask for them to add mustard they don't fries usually old , ordered a dave single... combo today since they have a special burger for 4$ since i was saving some money i opted for the combo even tho i knew thefries would be cold ,but hey im saving money so get the combo ,anyways the combo doesnt save u a single cent ....so just got theburger instead .so got my food went home took a few bites and burger tasted wrong .... it was raw , good job thanks for thebloody burger and an upset stomach Read more

Dont bother to go to this Wendy's location if you have a gift card, they wont honor it. Its been 5 months with 4 attempts plus... a call to corperate with no response. Its a rip off. Very dissappointing as it was a Father's day gift. Read more

Our experience was positive and consistent to the Wendy?s brand. We did the drive thru. Service was quick and efficient. Drive... thru staff were friendly. We received our food and all was in good order. Food quality on par with the brand and expectations.We ate at a nearby park. Read more

We had burgers that were good but cold old fries. Wanted to wash my hand but the bathroom was disgusting. No soap or toilet... paper. Lots of paper all over the floor. Not sure how the workers wash their hands. I asked the employees but they said that Iwould have to let the Tim Hortons workers know. I did but with no response, no manager available. Two homeless men sleeping at abooth directly in front of the register. I didn?t think pictures would be appropriate. Read more

Been trying to give this Wendy's branch chance after chance with customer service and showing whoever is running this branch... that they care about it. Have had some good food here, however the good employees are over shadowed by the bad. Have had someemployees be very rude and have handed customers the food just to turn their back on them with no customer service at all. Hadone say rude comments right in front the customer even though the employee made the mistake. The bilingual employees will groupup talking in their native language and will actually look over at the customer making you feel very uncomfortable. At therestaurant I worked at this behavior would have never been excepted but the management and owner really cared about everythingto do with the restaurant. Will try to remember to stop going back to this Wendy's. Read more

Very very stupid manager, she dont know how to talk to customers. I asked her if I can have vegetarian burger and she charged me... $6 dollars without meat. When I asked her, she told me its not my problem. I worked at wendys for almost 5 years. I never evertalk to my customers like this nor even my managers. This wendys need new manager with some work ethics. And moreover they areserving cold fries, what else could we expect when she is the manager who has no sense to talking. Read more
