Sandra was our waitress, table of 8, four adults and 4 children. She was amazing! Looked like they were a little short handed... and she was wearing many hats today. She never missed a beat, food was delivered quickly and she helped prepare some of it. Foodwas great, service was perfect. Kudo's to Sandra and Bertucci's. Read more

Been to Bertucci's about 20 times at different locations... 7 times to this particular location. Usually borderline between 3... and 4 stars. The last couple visits were borderline 1 and 2. Positives: meatballs were good... bread is always good...staff istypically friendly and attentive. Negatives: Didn't have wings available... spaghetti was starchy/sticky...$19 lasagna wasburnt on edges, cold in middle, and tasted off/soured. Also over heard other tables complain about meals before I left. Serveroffered substitute for lasagna but didn't offer to remove from check. I'm sure if I asked Manager it would have been taken offbut kids were hungry/antsy....when 6 yr old mentioned that the OG would have been a better choice I was ready to cut losses andget food elsewhere. I really want to give this place another chance but prob won't. Recommendations: Buyer beware. If there'sa dish you crave then go for it. If you want a basic Italian dinner that's not going to disappoint then look elsewhere. Read more
