My meal came with a salad.. the lettuce was brown and wilted.. my main dish rigatoni with sausage was very good.. not made from... scratch.. my girlfriend had fried mozzarella, the breading was not crispy.. ask to speak to the manager twice, never came overto express his apologies but took $3 off the bill.. a one and done.. our service though was the best part of the experience..wish I could remember his name Read more

Sandra was our waitress, table of 8, four adults and 4 children. She was amazing! Looked like they were a little short handed... and she was wearing many hats today. Been to Bertucci's about 20 times at different locations... 7 times to this particular location. Usually borderline between 3... and 4 stars. The last couple visits were borderline 1 and 2. Positives: meatballs were good... bread is always good...staff istypically friendly and attentive. Negatives: Didn't have wings available... spaghetti was starchy/sticky...$19 lasagna wasburnt on edges, cold in middle, and tasted off/soured. Also over heard other tables complain about meals before I left. Serveroffered substitute for lasagna but didn't offer to remove from check. I'm sure if I asked Manager it would have been taken offbut kids were hungry/antsy....when 6 yr old mentioned that the OG would have been a better choice I was ready to cut losses andget food elsewhere. I really want to give this place another chance but prob won't. Recommendations: Buyer beware. If there'sa dish you crave then go for it. If you want a basic Italian dinner that's not going to disappoint then look elsewhere. Read more

We sent to dinner there tonight! Meal was awful… I started with Italian wedding soup, it was so salty I could not eat... it…tasted like a whole container of salt was in there. Told manager…she did nothing! I had chicken parm and eggplant minewas good. My husband had lasagna… cold in the middle and the fast was awful… mind you for my husband not to eat it anyway…it had to be really bad. My son had Alfredo sauce with linguine and shrimp. He couldn’t eat his either! Told ourwaitress and they did absolutely nothing… didn’t go to management… just handed us the bill!! Great food and even better service at the take away counter. The young folks at the counter made sure my very old gift... certificate could be applied to my order. We ordered a large Sporkie and added pepperoni. I absolutely loved the pizza and would give it 5 stars, it was cooked perfectly... and flavor was fantastic all the way around. My boyfriend likes a more flavorful sauce so for him it was 4 stars. The redsangria was more citrus and the red maraschino cherries although tasty just didn't seem to work for me. I prefer a moretraditional sangria, I had two anyway so still good, we were celebrating. You get the sense that they are really consistent inwhat they do so a pretty safe bet for a choice to dine.
