I just went in and tried to wait for my online order, never showed up. Had to leave because I?m on my way to work. They had a... baby in the back sitting in a high chair. Cute? Food is good and you can tell the ingredients are fresh, but the portions look a little bit smaller lately. I tried the garlic... steak because they kept promoting that on the website, but it was not good, lots of fat and not enough meat. I going back toorder my regular carnitas. Better off going anywhere else. They will mess up your order if order on the app. A few times I have gotten half a bowl of food... with the wrong meat, rice, and toppings. There is a chipotle about 10 minutes away that does a significantly better job. Thisplace needs to be shut down. Read more
Never. Again. I will not be returning to this location. Everytime I order delivery, something is wrong, it takes FOREVER for it... to arrive, or the food is bad (curdled queso last time). I went in to order today and there was 1 kid working while 4 othersstood there giggling or staring into space with a line practically out the door. All rude, all could care less, half the foodoptions were out and no ice in the machine. It is ridiculous and the owner should be ashamed of the crew he has hired and theway this place is being operated. Want food poisoning or to wait an hour to get your food? Go to Westborough. Oh! Our delivery order was missing half the items. It was hard to get in touch to get it fixed and when we finally did we only were... offered a credit. No refund. The credit is only good for one month and we can only use one entree credit per order. So we haveto order 4 times this month to get what we already paid for.
