Is a Dunkin, not much to say... They are super friendly and nice. They did make a small mistake on our order and someone else... in line as well. They fixed it no problem. I still will go back and update my review and hope they improve a bit. Read more
Recently i visited this place to have a coffee with my wife and kids and I had a nice time. Staff was welcoming and she was nice... and polite. From food perspective it was just like any other Dunkins. We enjoyed Avocado toast with tomatoes, it was deliciousand would like to eat again. I would like to visit this place again. Read more
Drive thru is fast and efficient. Coffee's and food are worth stopping for.
ordered a coffee ice caramel regular and got a ice coffee coconut with skim milk instead! ruined my morning and day for that... matter very disappointed :( will be going to Starbucks from here on out go Celtics!!!! Read more
The young man who eventually was able to wait on us did the best he could, however,sadly it didn't go well. This isn't the only... dunkins that has reduced its employees to one per store. To expect one person to work drive thru and the inside is unacceptable.Our order was close, but not exactly what was ordered and I felt sorry enough not to complain. He expected to have to closealone, there wasn't a manager in the store or expected back. Shame on an organization that treats its employees this way,SHAME!!!!!! Read more
Ordered 2 ham and cheese *Melt* sandwich but maybe the oven was turned off, it was not melt, it was like a fresh sandwich almost... cold. I was really hungry and i just ate it as a fresh sandwich. Read more
Took 2 large hot vanilla chai latte.. the cup was filled only 40%, when we asked the lady, she says thats how much we serve ...... also the powder wasn't even mixed properly... this happened several times already, this time I asked and she topped withmilk(without even stirring) and the response was very rude... she added "next time ask for extra milk"... Rude blond female who works there. Didn't want to tell us her name, Didn't have name tag. Didn't know we speak portuguese. Made... a very rude comment about us, thinking we were Americans. When we told her we understood what she said she was very embarrassed,but Didn't apologized. Just be careful, they make horrible comments about their clients who doesn't speak portuguese. Read more
