Had two issues with incorrect online orders the first couple of weeks after they opened. Since then, nothing but stellar subs... after multiple orders. Available for pickup is accurate and the staff is awesome. If you've never eaten here, the Giant size isgreat for lunch and the other half for dinner. Read more
I agree that for a chain this is really good. First of all the staff was awesome. Super attentive to my 9 year old daughter... making sure she got what she wanted. Brought our grinders out to us. Kudos to the staff. Oh and the grinders were great. Wishthere was a Jersey Mike's closer to home. Who ever runs this franchise should look into a location west of Worcester somewhere????. My wife and I stopped in to the Westboro location during the first week of operation and are hooked. A nice and clean shop that... conforms to the consistency of the brand. Fresh food, made to order at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, quick andanxious to move any line along. Good franchise location for sure. I will be back soon. Read more
It's ok, my only issue the guy ahead of me had his sub with a lot of pickles, I don't care for pickles, so when my sub came up,... no wiping off their hands or changing gloves they reached right in to the lettuce with all the pickle juice on the gloves andplopped it right on my sub. So even though I didn't have pickles my sub tasted like it. Had to toss it out. Read more

Went into the new Jersey Mike's location in Westborough. Went in to grab a menu for catering an event for our Smileland of... Westborough office and I ended up going back and ordering lunch that day because the smell was incredible. So glad that I did!Generous sandwich toppings, friendly staff. For a sandwich chain this place is pretty good. I got the Jersey Shore Favorite with plenty of the toppings.
Crew cant put cheese on a sandwich properly, all the cheese was hanging out of the sandwich not even in the bread or melted.... Small portions, only thing they had right was the ingredients. Mid sandwich, mid store. Read more
