I was driving to work from Westborough to Newton, while talking with my wife I mentioned to her that I was very hungry. She... said you must eat healthy and take care of your body. I said screw that and stopped by McDonald's for a big Mac with somechicken nuggets. Darn was I right. That greasy sandwich and fried mcnuggets was just what I needed!!!! Read more

The mobile order closed but the store is open. My purpose was to redeem the coupons and use the deal through the... machine. Secondly, made the request for no ice for diet coke. But what I got is diet coke with huge amount of ice. I was told toempty it myself and get another one from the drinking machine, but the machine is closed. So I have to stay with it without aneasy exchange. FYI, now is 10pm, and the store will be closed at 11. Read more
Completely messed up our GrubHub order. Forgot 3 large orders of fries and the large coke. The burgers were ice cold and the... one order of fries we did get was half full. It wasn?t the driver?s fault he got here very quickly. Read more
Everything in our order was completely wrong. They forgot all the fries, the bacon McDouble was a regular McDouble, the chicken... nuggets seemed like they were a month old, the Dr Pepper was actually Coca Cola, and the quarter pounder deluxe with cheese hadthe instructions on the box for no ketchup, no onions, extra pickles and add bacon. As you can see from the picture, there isketchup, no pickles, and no bacon and it looks like it was dropped on the floor and kicked around a few times. It?s like theydidn?t even read the order. This McDonald's tends to push mobile orders through their drive thru and park you and make you wait until they bring you out... your order, while they serve the cars that ordered in their drive thru before you. I have waited more than 10 minutes severaltimes while I watch the cars behind me get their orders and go fairly quickly. If I don't use the mobile ordering I too getthrough the line within a normal time. Other than that what can I say it's a McDonald's. Read more
