Man, the owners really need to do something here. Severely understaffed, dirty dishes, unhappy servers, but the food is pretty... good which is why it got 2 stars. Not astounding though... Took 30+ minutes at the bar to get a drink and we weren’t allowedto order food at the same time. Had to wait another 15 min or so. What a lovely night at Sapporo! It was our first time going here and it was truly the environment we needed for date night. The... owner was so personable and truly cared to go out off his way to make it a joyful experience for everyone. It was a veryinteractive diner date we cooked our own meat, shrimp, veggies it was so much fun I recommend everyone to go check it out! ???????? ???? ???? We went here Feb 26th 2022 with a family friend from Seattle. Food was subpar and overrated. Portion size for the bulgogi was... really small. I am glad I ordered 3. Each portion had probably 2 relatively bigger meat size, rest were extremely small, shrunkand either fell in to the grill or just were so small they stuck to the grill. Staff while friendly was extremely understaffed.We had to wait multiple times to get the waiters attention. Our food was over $150. It was 3 adults, 2 teens and one 6 year old.When I asked for the bill there was a 20% gratuity already added to the bill. I was told for the weekend parties over 5 arecharged gratuity. It was literally 5 of us with one 6 year old child! The wait staff was hard to waive down and unavailable. Thegratuity was between $40-$50. We ordered deserts while I paid the bill. 2 tiramisu slices and 2 fried ice creams. The fried icecream came with freezer burned corn flakes. Nothing fried about it. I don't like to "negotiate" prices. I paid the bill alongwith $40-$50 mandated gratuity. I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone. Read more

I agree with other reviewers that portions are were small and very overpriced. We’ve given given this place few tries already... hoping that it will be better visit every time cause we live just 5 min walk away. But never going back there. Very disorganizedwaitstaff every single time we’ve been there, small portions, sticky tables, overpriced. When you order BBQ for 2 you get only5-6 letters, then you order extra and get another 3-4 letters for $5. Absurd! Last visit we paid $80 for 3 appetizers and 2soju’s! I love the variety of this restaurant. So many authentic options and everything‘s always tasty. They also go an extra step... with love. The restaurant staff, host, and owner are super friendly. Portions are big and there were two table of us dining out in their... outdoor eating space with quick service on Sunday during noon time. Tried their new menu item, KFC (korean friend chicken), it'sgreat for takeout during football games too with beer! Highly recommend. Read more
